We were a family of three members stayed in the hotel overlooking the picturesque Gudauri mountains. We were offered a spacious room with a beautiful Mountain View. Staff were polite and attentive. The morning breakfast was very good and the interior ambiance of the dining area and the lobby is great.
Very minor issues, nothing to be concerned about.

1) Because the hotel doesn't have an elevator (in 2025), the receptionist helped us carry our luggage 2 floors up, which was nice of her.
2) The hotel location is fairly good.

We had to carry our luggage 2 floors up and it was really hard task to do.
2) The service wasn't good enough there.
