Hotel Principe

Very clean and comfortable room. Fast check in. Great area for eating and amenities.

The Wifi would not work.

Location and bedding. Clean room and bathroom.

Tried to call front desk and messaged the hotel about a particular request. No one answered their phone and no one responded to my message. I told the staff about it and she said she was working at night. I tested my phone to call the front desk it rang but really low ring and why I didn't get any response to my message. She had no explanation. NO Outlets were not able to charge our cell phones. Parking entrance is around the block.

The hotel is well located, close to a metro station and with a lot of food and shopping options close by. The hotel is well-maintained and to me, the price seemed very fair for what is offered.

The fact that there are no breakfast options.

Staff was rude I came with my daughter and my staff from work total of 4 people my daughter Stay in other hotel near by and I while I was dropping off my luggage to bring my daughter to her hotel Ramada in via Argentina No even 5 minutes I didn’t have chance to change my clothes The staff send security to ask my fair to leave no even 5 minutes So I left And I suppose to stay in my way back from Brazil and I decide to stay in another hotel For future reference train better your staff was very rude I told the lady at front desk that I was taking my daughter to Ramada and she didn’t say anything and soon I got to my room she send security NEVER COME BACK TO THAT HOTEL AGAIN
