Flamingo Boutique Hotel & Ayurvedic spa

Flamingo Boutique Hotel exceeded our expectations. It has a very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, located just a short walk or canoe from the beach. The pool is a good size and there are plenty of places to sit outside and lounge. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, always with a smile. They helped us arrange a backwater boat tour which was brilliant. Our room was comfortable and clean, the hotel had a nice selection of books and games available too. The complimentary breakfast is good, we decided to have one other meal a day at the restaurant and every dish we tried was great.

Wouldn’t bother with the massage, beautiful lady but overpriced and maybe not the most hygienic. Maybe look out for the Tuk tuk drivers to the beach, they love to charge more.

The rooms were spacious and clean . Sharon and the staff were most courteous. We had an exclusive hut for a private party and the food was excellent and reasonably priced .

The hotel is not a beach front , the beach is a bit of a walk (about half a km ) and the rooms did not have a balcony or a view to the outside.

-The staff were fantastic! A warm welcome and always wanting to help. -The property itself was lovely. Nicely decorated with beautiful grounds. -The restaurant and spa facilities were great

-The hotel was right by the main road. There was constant beeping all day and into the night. This was the noisiest place we stayed throughout our whole India trip. For a hotel marketed as a relaxing getaway, this destroyed the relaxation element for us. -The breakfast was terrible. Trays were empty and the few things that were on offer were stone cold. - Although the rooms were clean there were 2 massive cockroaches in our room -The hotel is overpriced
