Room was lovely. Well equipped. Clean. Good value for your $. Good restaurants close by. Owner was very easy to reach and personable.

Best value motel in the Timmins area. Whenever I go to the office to make a booking the owner is surrounded by running laundry machines. You know this guy cleans. The dignity of a fridge, microwave, and stocked coffee machine are very much appreciated. Fewer and fewer motels and hotels even bother with some of these amenities. There's a pizza place next door and a gas station on the other side for all your needs. This place has all the basics at an unbeatable price, which makes it a rarity in my books.

More than adequate for a nights stay passing thru.
Thought we were in Timmims. Not so. This is south Porcupine.
It was fine for 2 but definitely to small for more people. And road noise was ... let's say noticeable. Not awful. But there.

Drive up access.
The room was in need of an update. It is an older motel and the room could use a refresh.
