Food is great, beautiful landscape, Excellent service

Basically, nothing

A wonderful hotel in a beautiful building. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with lovely views from the windows. The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious, with a rich and varied selection. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Basqal Resort & Spa. A special mention goes to Seymur from guest relations, who welcomed us warmly on arrival, took the time to explain how everything at the resort works, and sent a lovely welcome set to our room. He stayed in touch throughout our stay in case we needed anything at all. It is not something you expect, and it made us feel genuinely welcome. The sauna was excellent, properly hot at 99 degrees, which is rare to find. Everything was spotlessly clean, breakfast was very good with plenty of choice, and the mattresses were genuinely comfortable, which made for great sleep after long days of driving. Highly recommended if you are travelling through the Ismayilli region.

It was great! :)
