This is a well maintained bungalow, with great fenced in private garden, everything you would need is included whether it is wifi, microwave, satellite tv, aircon etc inside, to astroturf to all the garden area, nice terrace and eating areas outside, with electric bbq, outside kitchen and shower - everything in fact you need for a home from home. Within the complex there is a large swimming pool and small paddling pool, both with key entry and fenced in for safety. Just across the road approx 100 yards away is the Holiday World complex with it's own full size funfair - and too much inside to describe so it is easier to Google than explain here - great for all the family and very busy at weekends. Taxis are always outside Holiday World, and it is only a 5 minute trip to Playa Del Ingles for a good night out, or a trip to Maspalomas beach. Or just turn right outside the fully automated entrance gates - the whole complex is surrounded by security fencing - and go up to the old Faro 2 centre for a great meal in Broncemar 2 plus food shopping in the Hiper Dino next door, sadly the only two places left in the place but worth a visit for the food alone, always a warm welcome from Jaime the owner of Broncemar 2, lots of us customers have been going there for over 20 years and never disappointed. All in all, superbly situated, the owner is at the end of the phone and on whatsap with quick response to any queries, and it will now be our go to rental for all our future visits. A great find!
