The stay was great only thing i can say is master bedroom bathtub was clogged and water wasnt draining at all, and also could of use some more comforters but besides that stay was great.

I have booked this property for week, the host never responded in message , phone call direct to mail box always tried from morning 7 to five pm, went with family to property around 4pm check-in time. No response so reached Vrbo, vrbo each call 30mn and then they divert the call and with 30mn . Finally they tried to reach host and no response, so vrbo offered me one day hotel stay after spending money for home booking and with family of six , two small kids and worst hotel with no kitchen I didn't take it and vrbo told me to check other properties. So I booked other non vrbo property because that the was only available at that last moment booking,while waiting on Road with family. After finally checked in at new booking place, 7:35pm.this host responded and said I can come . I was like already tired, exhausted, frustrated and spent double money. End of story vrbo and host took all money without even a day saty at this place. Both are Scam and Cheaters, it's like one way you pay to them and no response you will get. Don't use Vrbo and this Host is Terrible.

This house is located close to all of the attractions in Orlando, and not too far from beaches and Kennedy Space Center. The onsite pool was great, and the home overall was exactly as advertised. The only small complaint I have is there wasn't a lot of kitchen items, so if you are wanting to do a lot of cooking it may be difficult. Otherwise the place was lovely!

Worked out well. Would stay again. I had to come back to have a surgery so only stayed 2 days but my family stayed the week and enjoyed

Property and place was so clean. Great location to all the parks.. Wish the pool was open later.

The properly was excellent, very comfortable and clean. Communication with the host was excellent and photos are accurate, what they show on photos it is how the townhouse looks. We are happy with our stay !

Our stay here was okay. The property was as advertised, everything looks like the pictures. I didn't get check in information until the day of, which was a little stressful. The bed linens, blankets, and towels seemed older and a little cheap. I think updating those would make a huge difference. The actual bed was comfortable. Location was great for Disney, and rental was affordable for our whole stay. We didn't use the pool, although it looked great.

If you don’t mind dealing with a sketchy, unresponsive, careless and opportunist host, go for it and book this property. Not once in 5 days were ANY of my questions answered. It’s impossible to get a hold of the host and the phone no. listed goes straight to a voicemail that hasn’t been setup. I had a handful of issues during my stay... 1. Host made changes to the max amount of occupants AFTER I booked my stay to charge me for “an extra bed” (which is nearly equivalent to a 1 night stay). An extra bed for 10 guests in a home with 5 beds? I mean, seriously? The least they could’ve done was communicate the changes and perhaps provide a roll-away folding bed. 2. Be very careful with the front door lock - it doesn’t work properly! There’s a glitch and we realized that door would only lock after several attempts. 3. Don’t count on using the pool unless you go out and buy beach towels. We had to spend $80+ on towels we couldn’t bring back home because they didn’t fit in our luggage since the host never provided it (why advertise it?) Save yourself the headache and reserve a different home! You’ll thank me later.

Things we liked.. Good cooling system, big bathrooms, washer and dryer provided, nicely set kitchen table. We appreciated having a fridge that makes ice and has a water dispenser. Things that we didn't like... The electronic door lock does not lock properly w/o several tries and pulling on the door. That was very frustrating not knowing if the door would lock. It was worse on hot and humid days. The lock hole probably swells in humidity and doesn't line up with the lock. I have seen other reviews about this exact problem. It noticeably locked with fewer tries on the two colder days while we were there. Next, my husband did not enjoy seeing dark long strands of hair in the tub before his shower the night of our arrival. He even asked me if I had showered before him. I had not. We also couldn't find wash cloths in the bathrooms. We finally found a few in the kitchen drawer with dish cloths. Dish cloths and wash cloths should not be interchangeable. We also found a wash cloth wrapped inside a damp bath towel under the bathroom sink. It looked as if the towel had not dried completely from the dryer and was folded and placed under the sink anyway. We also did not like not having a broom and dustpan available. It is difficult to clean with nothing being provided to do so. We ended up providing a broom and leaving it for the next guests. We especially don't like being charged a $100 bedding damage fee and deep cleaning fee. Nothing was damaged by our doing. We removed all bedding, sheets, pillow cases, spreads, and towels, and placed them in the bathroom/ laundry area as we were instructed to do according to info in the blue binder. We ran the dishwasher, cleaned stove top, microwave, wiped fridge inside and out, counters, and sinks. We swept kitchen, dining room, living room area thoroughly. I don't know what we could have done more to make things easier for the cleaning person. Things that would have made our stay better.... Providing proper wash cloths in the bathrooms, a pitcher to make juice in, more than two partial rolls of toilet paper to last six people for a ten night stay, a box of tissues, salt and pepper, a can opener that actually works. The handle on the can opener provided does not turn. We had to open the handles and pinch down and rough cut all the way around the cans. Also, we were only given 2 kitchen trash bags and 3 dishwasher tablets for our entire 10 night stay.

When we arrived the door was open. The door would not lock our ENTIRE stay and we could not just leave our belongings there with an unlocked door. We had four nights of clothing and 2 laptops because I have 1 kid doing college work and 1 doing virtual. I emailed the owner to tell her about the door not locking and that the internet would not connect. Her comment "read the blue book". The blue book will not fix the door and it will not magically fix the internet. I then asked her to call me, I asked her to call me again. No response. We called the vacation agency and left two messages with two numbers and never got a return call. We even went to the office of the complex and the number they had on file didn’t work either. We spent four days without internet and four days with an unlocked townhome! The night before we leave she sends a "handy man" to fix the door...the security door was missing a battery, a battery. He said the pervious renter must have taken it out for the TV remote control. Who doesn't check that the front door locks before renting a vacation home? He then says he will look at the internet. I told him the internet (as of the THIRD day of our vacation) is working but will not list her townhome because it had to be reset. All we wanted was a phone call so we could get a locked door on our first day and internet for our kids to do schoolwork. All we wanted was a sense of safety for the amount of money we spent. She failed to communicate. I was going to let all this slide and not even make a review but when I get home she charges a fee for a broken router? No...it's not broken it is fixed and your GUESTS had to fix it for you. All she had to do was make this right but she continued to ignore my emails and concerns. Instead of adding charges she should have reimbursed me at least 2 nights stay and never have charged for a router that wasn’t broken, I wouldn’t even have asked for the entire stay back. Please read this review before booking because you will not get any help after you arrive.
