Dieses malerische 3-Bett-2-Badehaus wurde 2005 erbaut und befindet sich 3,2 km vom UF-Campus entfernt, direkt an der University Ave. Es umfasst einen Kamin, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner, ein Hauptschlafzimmer und ein Bad mit 2 Waschbecken, mehreren Duschköpfen und einer großen Badewanne. Das Haus verfügt über 3 Betten (1 Kingsize-Bett, 1 Queensize-Bett und 1 Doppelbett), 2 große Liegesofas und 3 Luftmatratzen. Ich habe auch Tennisschläger (es gibt einen nahe gelegenen Platz) und Fahrräder, die Sie gerne während Ihres Aufenthalts benutzen können. (Bitte teilen Sie mir im Voraus mit, ob Sie diese verwenden möchten, da sie in der Garage verschlossen sind.) Das House ist nur 1,6 km vom North Florida Medical Center entfernt. The house was great. Had lots of fun games to play and room for all of us. The only thing it was lacking was lighting in the back year and in the driveway at night time. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Alex was great responding and if ever needed will stay here again.

The host & the house were absolutely amazing. Our family needed a temporary rental during our fathers surgery. The host was super accommodating to our needs, in our time of need. We are beyond thankful for that! The close proximity to Shand’s hospital was a critical necessity to be able to be back & forth. This location is close by to all the wonderful restaurants & shopping. We found this little gem of a place called Devil's Millhopper Geological State Park you must go check it out! Fascinating to actually see & great for a morning hike! Our family really enjoyed this wonderful home! During our stay we also dealt with a Cat 4 hurricane Idalia & this home was superb on keeping us all protected & the host was very attentive! 5 stars all around

This was a great spot for our visit to Gainesville. Close to everything and house was very inviting. Would recommend to anyone looking for more than a hotel room. This house had all the amenities needed for our stay.

We are six UF alums that meet up annually for football & fun (missed 2020 and 2021) started looking in August and found this house. It was perfect for our group- privacy, plenty of room and close to stadium (west of stadium which is perfect for leaving game)- Alex was responsive and helpful. Nothing fancy but a great house for a large group!

We loved staying in this area. It's very convenient to everything. The house backs up to undeveloped property so it's great sitting outside, very private. The yard is not fenced in for a dog -- the fence runs along the back property line. We didn't use it but the grill looked clean and maintained. The house was very well stocked and had everything we needed for the 1 week stay. If you have 6 people staying there, you might find the dining table too small. The bed in the main bedroom was comfortable and the double sinks are great.

Yes it did but the weather didn’t dampen our visit. The property was just as listed and we were most pleased with the cleanliness of the property. Appreciate all VBRO properties that are pet friendly!

we were very pleasantly surprised how spacious the house was when we arrived. The picture on VRBO made it look small. My daughter LOVED the antique record player and old vinyl collections... too bad we're not allowed to play music on it!

Rented this house for its proximity to the stadium and covid-level cleaniless not found in hotel/motels etc. Awesome house! Great beds, very well stocked kitchen and pantry, best I've seen -- normally I bring everything. Didn't get to try jacuzzi tub. Roku tv system with movies, shows but couldn't figure out how to get local stations and forgot to ask... No worries, we won the game! Go Gators!!!!! Great location, easy to get to campus and main roads.

This spot was perfect for a week of watching football. The owners were flexible with check in/check out and even was willing to help us with watching the game. A must for anyone looking to stay in Gainesville.

Great house and location. We where there for our daughters UF Graduation. We had plenty of room for family to visit. Alex was very accommodating!

The stay was welcoming, it was a little different Seeing other people items throughout the house however I was welcome to use anything that I saw that was available. Being able to speak directly to the owner was a plus for me! I would recommend this house and I would stay again

My family and I rented this property for my children’s Law School Graduation and birthday. The property was in a good location to get to campus. It was stocked with all the stuff you would need and it felt like home. I would recommend it .
