Inchcape Seaside Villas right on Silver Sands Beach - Seaview Studio
Das Seaview Studio ist ein süßes kleines Juwel auf dem privaten Grundstück der Inchcape Seaside Villas, das sich auf der oberen Etage im östlichen Flügel des Gatehouse am Inchcape Seaside VIllas befindet und von seiner Terrasse im Obergeschoss mit Blick auf den Ozean einen schönen Meerblick bietet. Es ist ein echtes Juwel unter den Mieteinheiten auf diesem privaten Anwesen. Es ist moderne Annehmlichkeiten kombiniert mit seinem stilvollen Design für das Leben im Freien par excellence in der Karibik und es ist tropische Lage direkt am Silver Sands Beach für erschwinglichen Luxus auf einem sehr hohen Markt-Eigenschaft. Seaview hat alles, ein schönes Wohnzimmer Schlafzimmer mit kostenlosem Highspeed-WLAN, Sat-TV, ein privates Handy optional, Stereoanlage mit iPod / iPhone-Dock, und es ist in einer leicht zu entspannen Lage, wo die Gäste zum Klang einschlafen können vom Ozean. Gartenmöbel, Essgelegenheiten und Liegestühle zum Entspannen in der Sonne runden das Bild eines kompletten Ferienhauses ab, nur wenige Schritte vom schönen weißen Sandstrand entfernt. Das Seaview Studio verfügt über ein großes Wohn- / Schlafzimmer mit einem Queensize-Bett und Zugang zu einer schönen Terrasse mit Blick auf den Ozean, mit Stühlen und einem Tisch sowie Liegestühlen. Die Küche des Seaview Studios ist komplett ausgestattet mit einem 4-Flammen-Herd, Backofen, einer großen Kühlschrank und alles andere, was eine gut ausgestattete Küche bieten sollte. Das große Badezimmer ist mit Waschbecken, Toilette und Dusche ausgestattet, alles ist schön eingerichtet und geschmackvoll gefliest. Das breite "Manouvrable Shutter Window" mit Ostausrichtung lässt die Brise der Passatwinde für maximale Belüftung und fast immer perfektes Klima sorgen. Für den einen oder anderen Tag, an dem der natürliche "Klimaregulator", das Handwerk, uns im Stich lassen sollte, sorgen Decken- und Standventilatoren dafür, dass die Temperaturen nie zu heiß werden. Der Reinigungsservice, der automatisch mit diesem Studio durchgeführt wird, ist ein kurzer Reinigungsservice vom Hotel und ein Wechsel der Handtücher (und Bettwäsche auf Anfrage) alle drei Tage. Zusätzliche Dienstleistungen können arrangiert werden, aber immer und nur auf Anfrage und abhängig von der Verfügbarkeit eines qualifizierten Mitarbeiters.

Property was great. It was located on the wavy side of the island. We were not prepared for no air conditioning. It did not even cross my mind that it would not have it. The breeze was nice with all the doors open. The staff was very friendly and accommodating with any request we had.

The grounds, gardens and buildings are beautiful at Inchview, very well maintained...even nicer than the pictures online. Seaview was the perfect unit for 2, on the upper floor with a very large balcony ideal for watching the waves roll in. The unit was very comfortable, well-furnished and clean...perfect for a beach holiday. We did not get the opportunity to meet Wolfgang, but the rental process and correspondence was prompt and seamless. Staff at Inchcape were very friendly and willing to help. Short walk to the beach, if you enjoy playing in the waves then Silver Sands, Silver Point and Crane beach are ideal; Rockley Beach was perfect to catch the sunset. Car rental is a good idea if you plan on exploring the island; venture out to the North Point and Bathsheba for spectacular rugged views. Oistins Fish Fry on Friday is an event, also check out the Fish Pot Restaurant (St. Lucy), Surfer’s Bay Beach Bar (5 walk from Inchcape) and Café Luna (Oistins). Amazing get away!

Our first floor apartment, Seaview, gave us a delightful vista through the palm trees and down to the sea. You also look down onto the ground floor apartments’ garden and hammock below. The white, sandy beach is a 2 minute walk away. The colours in the warm turquoise waters are truly amazing, and being east facing, the Atlantic surf provides plenty of waves to play in; whether you’re a surfer, windsurfer, kite surfer or just want some fun. If you want a calmer, more serene paddle, Miami beach is just a short mini-bus ride away, and has a food and coffee stall on site as well as immaculately clean changing, shower and WC facilities.
The trade winds, and being on the first floor, negate the need for air conditioning in Seaview, which has 2 x glazed, double patio doors leading out onto a large balcony. There are also wooden plantation shutters on all the windows and doors which you can open or close. The balcony has a table, 2 chairs and two sunbeds as well as a wooden drying horse. You approach Seaview down a side entrance and up some wooden stairs. You enter through the small kitchen and then into the bedroom. The large bedroom, with a very comfortable double bed with simple white cotton sheets, has a high vaulted wooden ceiling with a fan. There is a table, 2 arm chairs, a TV and plenty of storage. The shower room is off to one side. The paint work, the cleanliness the whole ambience is 100% perfect, and has an overall very colonial, Caribbean feel. We couldn’t have been happier.
In summary, we loved Inchcape, we were delighted with Seaview and would be very happy to stay in Seaview again, but would also love to stay in Sunrise on our next visit. Oh yes, will there be a next visit? Oh yes there will. In another 25 years? No way. A soon as possible!

Seaview Apartment, on first floor, with a large balcony and views to die for, lovely beach to walk along pre breakfast on the balcony. Beach bar with good food (limited menu) good atmosphere, music (live on Thursdays and Sundays) other restaurants a taxi ride away The gardens are wonderful, with a choice of sunbeds, chairs, Cabanas and Hammocks lovely shade from palm trees, all accompanied by the sound of crashing waves, wonderful.As stated above, we stayed in Seaview for 14 nights, great views, had the comany of a pair of Barbados Bullfinches (Sparkies to the locals) Humming birds zooming around the well tended gardens, we even saw Mongoose and Green Monkeys in the local area.Didnt meat Wolfgang or Rosie apart from a phone call about the hire car he had booked for me. But very pleasant chat with him, and his staff were all very friendly. As standard you have your towels and bedding changed every 3 days, and room cleaned to a good standard. You will need $50 deposit for your safe key (safe a little on the small side, but adequate, just!....)We walked into Oistins 2 or 3 times (about 2 miles, and easily do-able) Try the Fish Market and buy some Mahi Mahi, Tuna King Fish etc good prices and really tasty and fresh fish! Also Enterprise beach (Miami Beach to locals) $20 for 2 sunbeds, plenty of shade from trees on beach, Mr Delicious food bus does awesome Chicken Rotis and Banks beer is a MUST do! All in all we had a wonderful time in this great accommodation, and would not hesitate to return. Brilliant.
