Awesome pet friendly rental, host was very responsive and we haf a great stay.

My wife and I chose this lodging for a 4-night stay in June to participate in Mountains 2 Desert Classic bike ride. Our host was friendly and professional, and was effective and responsive with his communications. The location offered very easy and close access to main city area either via free city shuttle service or by walking on foot. Several restaurants are within walking distance. I would certainly stay at this location again.

The apartment was conveniently located, heated garage parking, right next to Apartment. Easy, convenient loading/unloading. Cozy place, has everything you need, bed was comfortable. Safe location and owner is very friendly and responsive. Hot tubs are right around the corner, I definitely will book again.

Jason was a perfect host. He was very quick to respond and was very hospitable. Condo was in a great location. I enjoyed walking my dog on the trail by the property which is by the river. Walking to the gondola is an easy walk that we enjoyed as we took in all the scenery. Would definitely book again!

Great condo. Very spacious and lots of natural light. We loved the full kitchen with everything we needed to make meals and have our morning coffee. Beds were comfy and there is lots of closet space. We’ll definitely stay at Jason’s place next time we visit. My daughter and her husband live there so part of my heart is in Telluride. ❤️ Thank you Jason!

Jason was a great host. He met us at the property and showed us around. He was very communicative and even gave us quarters to use the laundry facilities. Within walking distance of Town Park and on the free shuttle loop. The 2 nice hot tubs were key for soaks after the long days of dancing

The condo is in a great location in town, right at the base of Lift 7. Very easy access to mountain if you're there to ski/snowboard. Town loop shuttle picks up just a couple of minutes away, also very convenient for getting around. We actually didn't use our car the entire week. It was really nice to have the garage parking space and keep the car out of the elements! Restaurants and shops in town are a short walk from the condo (10-15 min) and the free gondola station is only about 10 min walk. Gets you quickly over to the mountain village area and everything over there. Beautiful views. Ride it at night as well, the lights of town at night are something else.
The condo is spacious and clean with a well stocked kitchen and two refrigerators. Definitely a great price for the location and amenities.
Jason is great and very quick to respond to any questions. He welcomed us to town and gave us a quick rundown of the condo/lodge and garage, which was very helpful.
We had a great week and would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Jason's property in Telluride. Jason makes sure you have everything you need and the location is perfect for access to the lifts and is only a short walk into town.

The condo was nice and cozy. The 1st night we ate at Siam’s Thai around 8pm. They let us sit in their heated patio b/c we didn’t have reservations. The food was delicious. The next day, we walked to the Clark’s grocery store (5min walk) for breakfast items and pizza we could throw in the oven. So we really used the kitchen. (We forgot to buy butter.) it was a little pricey but not as much as restaurants. Check restaurants beforehand in case your favorite food restaurant requires them. Going into Mountain Village was easy using the local bus and then riding the Gondola! We actually took our own s’more items and used the fire pits they had in Mountain Village to make them! (We got the extra long handle skewers off of Amazon!) Skiing was great! Jason checked in on us and gave us great info! We loved our stay!

Great location, very comfortable beds, easy load in/out, fast internet, spacious for Telluride, fully equipped kitchen and super easy walk to Clark's market and to town restaurants and bars. Clark's market is an amazing grocery store. What is super awesome is you get a heated indoor parking space too. Host was super courteous and checked in with me prior to arrival and departure. This pet friendly unit worked very well for my older dogs be cause they cannot go up and down long flights of stairs, this unit has a total of 3. I will definitely be back. Thanks Jason 5stars on our stay.

We absolutely loved our time in Telluride! Location was perfect! The unit was super cozy and easy to get to (especially for loading and unloading my SUV)! My dog feel in love with the snow covered river walking too! Jason was a great, responsive host! Would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our week stay at Jason's condo. It was the perfect size for us and our two dogs. The fall colors were great, we loved being able to walk along the river to downtown for breakfast and picking up takeout for dinners. There's a big open field near the ski lift that is perfect for taking the dogs out to do their business easily. Everything about this rental and the communication with Jason was perfect. 10 out 10, can't wait to return!

Parking was super easy and covered so unload was simple. Management left a bottle of wine and met us at checkin to clarify any questions we may have had. It is a 2 minute walk out the door for my boys and I to jump on a chair and off you go. Simple walk to the gondola or any downtown food you want.

Really enjoyed our trip to Telluride at Jason's place. The location was spectacular, easy walk to anywhere in downtown Telluride. The value was really good especially compared to other listings we found. The unit is larger than we expected and was a great setup for us. Jason was very friendly and helpful with recommendations, logistics, etc. Absolutely would recommend staying here. We would love to come back!

Love this place !!! It is close to town & groceries, but far enough to get away from the crowd if you want to !!! Great people watching in the walk through area & they don't see you !!! The place is immaculate & so homey & warm. It has everything you need especially for cooking & sharing. Perfect for a small family & has room for friends too !!! The owner is accessible, friendly, & goes out of his way to make your stay wonderful !!! Great price too !!! You get what you see & then some !!!

The condo is perfect for a family vacation. It is located within walking distance from the town, gondola, beautiful trails and many other things that Telluride has to offer. We stayed during summer but I'm sure this place is a gem in the winter season too. The host, Jason, was communicative and attentive, we felt welcome at all times. We would stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jason’s place in Telluride. The location can’t be beat, and our lab Daisy was in dog heaven at Lift 7. The condo was spacious and comfortable, and Jason was great with suggesting things to do. Having parking next door was an added bonus. We would definitely stay again.

Everything - from the parking pass and garage access, to the TV, kitchen, location, and cleanliness - was fantastic! It's a little dark because it's a basement apartment, but that kept it cool and quiet. The owner was super helpful and responsive when needed, and provided umbrellas and chairs, which we definitely needed. Excellent location. Definitely recommend!

Location is great. A couple hundred feet to lift 7. 2 blocks from the grocery store. Walking distance to Telluride Main Street with all the restaurants and bars. Jason was always available to help and the best VRBO host I have encountered. Definitely planning to come back soon.

Jason was there to meet us upon our arrival and show us the lay of the land. He was very helpful answering all of our questions and went way above and beyond his call of duty as a host. The condo is well appointed and has everything you need for your stay. Town and Clark's Market are all short walks and no need to rent a car when staying in this location. Also, the town bus is very easy to take if you don't want to walk. Sometimes we caught it, sometimes we didn't, wasn't a big deal either way. Lift 7 is maybe 50 yards from the condo front door, everything was very convenient. When we come back to Telluride, we will be staying here again!! THANK YOU JASON!!!

Our family of 4 stayed here (2 kids under 10). Access and convenience to skiing is incredible - chair 7 up every morning, ski back right to your front door. Jason was awesome, anything we needed, he was there.

My wife and I spent a week in the condo in late August. Everything was perfect for us. The river and river trail are right on the north side of the condo. While it wasn't ski season, a chair lift is only about 200' from the condo door. We took the free gondola several times while there; only about 5 blocks away. We are seniors and found getting downtown very convenient, either by foot or on the free town bus. The condo is spacious and well equipped. We ate all meals there and found all the kitchen items we could possibly need. All appliances were in very good condition. The basement parking was just steps away and plenty spaces were available. Owner Jason was easily accessible and helpful with Telluride tips. We loved our week in Telluride and having this home away from home helped make our week everything we had hoped it would be.

This place was perfect for our nearly month long stay in Telluride. It was walking distance to town, right off the river trail, and close enough to the gondola to be accessible. It’s the rare combination of affordable with access, while still being sizable. The host was incredible: communicative and friendly. We’ll be back.

This unit's location simply cannot be beat. We walked everywhere and you are just steps to Lift 7 for those who ski/board. Great unit with a well stocked kitchen and very clean. Jason, the host owner, is very responsive and excellent to work with - great guy. Highly recommend.

The location is convenient...walking distance to everywhere downtown, skiing, hiking and the gondola that goes to the Mountain Village. The condo has everything you need including a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms and garage parking. Would definitely stay there again.
