Dieses schöne Haus liegt zentral in einer ruhigen Straße in Ogunquit. Kurzer Spaziergang zur Stadt, zum Strand und zur Perkins Bucht. Der Marginal Way beginnt am Ende der Straße. Es wurde 1946 erbaut und ist ein malerisches Haus im New England-Stil mit wunderschönen Holzvertäfelungen und viel Platz für die ganze Familie. Schlafmöglichkeiten für 10-13 Personen und ein zusätzliches Wohnzimmer im Obergeschoss zwischen den beiden Schlafzimmern sowie eine schöne 4-Jahreszeiten-Veranda im Erdgeschoss neben dem Wohnzimmer und der Küche. Auch eine Außendusche zum Spülen nach Sandstrand-Tagen. Waschmaschine und Trockner stehen ebenfalls zur Verfügung.

Felt like I was staying in an old farmhouse. Lots of old books and antique furniture. Plenty of room!

The rugs and couches are dirty. Cobwebs on lamps. Major dust behind and under beds. Dirty toilet. Very dirty beach chairs. Filthy fans. Dirty sponge in kitchen.

This was a great place to stay. The home has history, character and an awesome 3 season porch for hanging out! The location is perfect for whatever you feel like doing. The beach; marginal way; shops; food and ice cream all w/in walking distance. Yet the neighborhood itself feels like a little oasis. We had a mix of friends and family join us over the week and all were pleased w/ their stay. The owner and her family are all very kind and most helpful. It felt more like staying at a friend's house than a strangers. Just delightful.

RENTERS REMORSE...If you enjoy old mattresses, musty towels, musty smell, carpenter ants, having to buy a mattress topper to make it bearable, losing power, sleeping in an attic then this place is for you.
The only saving grace was we were able to
walk to Marginal Way and the main st.
The owner did reimburse for mattress topper and one night stay. Place could use new mattresses and updated furniture.

This is a great place! Has all you need in a great location. We parked the car and never moved it until we left. We love Ogunquit!

This is a great property close to Perkins Cove. It is clean and neat. With a nice front yard. The home is large sleeping ten easily. A wonderful three season porch and a fabulous outdoor shower. Recommend this rental highly.
