This property is everything the description and reviews say it is- simply outstanding.
The condo is super clean, spacious, and well equipped. Beds are very comfortable.
We stayed with my 82 year old father-in-law who uses a cane and had no issues getting around. Elevators are convenient and offer easy access.
The beach is gorgeous for walks or viewing from the balcony. Sunrises are breathtaking! The beach is quiet and great for relaxing.
We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this property!

Myself, then my daughter, grew up visiting family in this area multiple times a year and wanted to bring the next generation down. The location is perfect. You're far enough from the high traffic areas but also close enough to enjoy them easily. The condo, the views and furnished items exceeded exceeded my expectations. We can definitely pack lighter next year! The access to the beach from this unit is perfect for those with toddlers who can't do a full day on the beach... the bonus from this property is being inside with one baby while watching your family play out on the beach.

The property has easy access to the beach with a short walk and has beautiful ocean views and landscapes. The decor and furnishings are perfect especially with the added chairs requested on the balcony which the owner provided at our request. The info provided about restaurant dining was really helpful, too. Had a great time and would recommend a stay.

We booked the condo for a much needed vacation and it definitely met our expectations. Easy access to the beach and beautiful ocean views in a less crowded area really hit the mark. The condo was lovely and was perfect for our group. We also loved that it wasn’t too far to get to the local activities in St. Augustine. We would definitely stay again!

This condo has it all huge balcony right on the beach, great master bedroom and living area all with a spectacular view of the ocean. You are also in great hands with the owner’s of this property they are some of the most accommodating people we have met.
My wife and I will be back as soon as possible to stay in our new home away from home!!

Our stay in St. Augustine was absolutely perfect. The condo is beautifully appointed and the view is breathtaking. The condo was clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and most enjoyable. Highly recommend staying here. We are already talking about our return to this idyllic spot!!

The condo was spotless, and the view straight out to the ocean was beautiful. Private location and beach, although because of the hurricane damage there was no direct access to the beach from the condo (I saw this up and down Crescent Beach).

We enjoyed the property, but found it a little isolating since there were few others around. We never saw another person at the pool which had full sun only a short time each day.

My husband and I stayed here during Thanksgiving week. It was so wonderful. This condo is on the corner and you have a fabulous view. The owners made sure we had everything we needed and were very easy to get in touch with.

This host and his folks went above and beyond accommodating our special need to include switching out N entire bed to make it comfortable and Was Ike to my husband they get 15 starts out of 10!!

Hurricane Ian washed away the steps to the beach so accessing the beach was a challenge. Had to drive to a park to reach the beach. Hopefully the steps will be repaired soon.

Spacious three bedroom unit. Though just two of us we rented it for the ocean front view. Sunrise on patio deck and sunsets of the inlet from the front porch area. End unit was quiet and comfortable master king bed.

We had two fantastic weeks at the condo. Came across this one after the one that was booked and paid for was sold. Coastal Reality could not find us accommodations that would work. There were a few issues however Mike was very accommodating
and came out to the condo. I have already poked for next year!

If you ever repalce dining table We would suggest rectangle to seat at least 6, nicer to eat at one table. Replace toilet seats as well. We would definately return, and highly reccommend it to others. Great memories!!

This condo is very comfortable and located right on the ocean. The view is spectacular! The beach is beautiful with lovely white sand.
It’s worth a mention that there is an elevator in the building. That’s always a plus when renting a condo on the third floor. The owner checked in with me to be sure all was going well. Everything was great!

Condo was clean, upkept, and as advertised. Great views of, and access to, the beach. Beachfront was not crowded. Good options for nearby restaurants and activities. Good communication with owner - he called the morning after check in to make sure we had everything we needed. We would stay here again.

Aside from being in a great location on Crescent beach, this condo was great! We had no problems at all, everything was exactly as we would want, clean, very nice and a 5 star view of the ocean! We will definitely be back!

Excellent location in a nice quieter portion of the beach just south of St Augustine. Third floor unit, beautifully renovated, end unit with windows on three sides. Great sized rear balcony and a small area on the front of the building to view the sunsets.
Very spacious unit with a nice sized laundry room where you can store some beach chairs and umbrellas.
We would definitely stay here again

Condo was just as the picture portrayed. But there was a communication issue with the owner. Still waiting on a response from the no plunger situation! Cleaning team did an ok job, left dirty paper towels from the clean , streaks on the fridge. No additional garbage bags or blankets no where on property along with empty hand soap bottles. I had to buy a plunger yes only $4 bucks but there should be on on property!!
Will I come back yes! The location to food was amazing! The weather finally kicked in mid week.

This was our 6th stay at the sand dollar and this condo was by far one of the best we have stayed in! Beautifully decorated, well appointed and amazingly clean! Cant wait to come back!!
