Dieses neu renovierte Haus im Key West-Stil liegt nur wenige Schritte von den weltberühmten Stränden von Anna Maria Island entfernt. Das Haus wurde umfassend umgebaut und modernisiert, wobei der Charme des alten Florida erhalten blieb. Die ursprünglichen Parkettböden wurden zu ihrem früheren Glanz erneuert. Die Küche und die Badezimmer wurden mit neuen Fliesen, Granitplatten, Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl und Holzschränken ausgebaut und umgebaut. Das Haus wurde geschmackvoll mit Küstendekor dekoriert und bietet einen tropischen Garten mit beheiztem Pool, der auf einer Veranda abgeschirmt ist, sowie individuelle Wandgemälde, die von einem Künstler der Insel gemalt wurden.

Good place to stay but the construction is bothersome on the weekdays.

Loved the island, the house, the pool! The ONLY negatives we had about the trip was the construction all around us (and some horrible language from some of the workers) and the grill didn’t work. Their was no igniter switch. I would definitely stay here again though.

The listing did not mention that there was daily construction next door. Mon-Fri, 7:30-5 construction noise, workers yelling, smell of gas powered tools while you're in the pool and the smell of the urinal as you pull into your driveway.
Would've been a nice property except for the construction which was never mentioned before booking.

We loved this cottage. It was the perfect size for our family of 5. It was very clean and we had everything we needed - towels, paper towels, pool floats, a beach wagon, dishwasher soap. It is beautifully decorated and has a great beach modern beach vibe. It was so relaxing to float in pool. We walked across the street to the ocean once or twice a day. Everything is close- about a 10 to 15 minute walk to shops and restaurants.

We had a great time. Pool was nice. Everything we needed was at the property. Kitchen updated.
The house could use some work on the landscaping around the pool. Several bees. Also, one bedroom smelled moldy. Front door trim has some damage needing fixed. But none of this deterred us from loving the experience. Beach was very close too.

This property could not have been any better! The pictures do not do it justice. It’s decorated beautifully, extremely clean, spacious, and comfortable. We had six adults with plenty of room and even the bunk beds were comfortable. They had all the beach and pool accessories you could need. Floats, chairs, umbrellas, beach trolley, even sun block. The kitchen was very well stocked with s/p, sugar, coffee, cups, plates, etc. The location was ideal; just a 2 minute walk to a gorgeous beach, walking distance to many restaurants, on a quiet street. The pool and backyard were set up well. Don’t hesitate- book this house!

We will return to this property. The beach is a block away and it's a really private section. There are no high rises or big hotels flooding the space. It's not as busy as Anna Maria. The owner of this property provided some extras that we felt were really helpful...coffee and laundry detergent! The pool was cute and private. It was a perfect staycation less than an hour from our home in St Pete. Our family of five included two young children and an infant. We had plenty of space and felt like we were staying at a friend's house rather than a stuffy vacation property. We would recommend this property over the last three we have stayed with. Do pack a chromecast or Firestick if you want to cast streaming service from your phone. It would have been nice to put Disney + up on the screen...but it was a blessing in disguise.

The beach is one street away from the property - easy 3 minute walk. It was exceptionally clean, had every kitchen utensil you could need, cable, wi-fi, towels, soap, detergent, etc. and even a wagon for the beach and a ton of beach noodles, toys, etc.
We will definitely stay there again in the future!

Absolutely loved our stay at this property! Great location to beach access and it was not as crowded as a couple of other access points below and above our spot. House is close to shops and restaurants. The pool area is a haven. We grilled out and read several books in this area. Definitely a great place to relax and rejuvenate. Hope to come back!

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. The property was very comfortable for the 5 adults staying there. Extremely convenient to the beach and the pool was definitely a plus. We would stay here again without a doubt.

We picked up the keys late - they were waiting in a basket- and drive right to the house. It was very clean, smelled great, and everything but the back door latch worked. It was a great property, and we’ll stay there again!

Mim's is a nice pool house that is a 2 minute walk to a beautiful white sand beach. There is plenty of room indoors and out. We enjoyed grilling and the private backyard with pool toys included. We could have used a couple pillow cases for the extra pillows and a serving bowl or two, and that is merely a kind suggestion. All of us (from ages 19 to 80) would definitely recommend this place to a friend.

The house was plenty big enough for our family of 5! It is located close to many gift shops and restaurants. It is a very short walk to the beach, one block and then across Gulf Drive! The pool was nice as well. There are beach chairs, toys, towels, and floats available to take to the beach too. Overall, we loved the house and location! Would definitely stay again!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Cottage by the C. It’s a beautifully decorated, charming coastal cottage. The screened in porch was perfect for dinner at home. The enclosed and beautifully landscaped private backyard with the pool was perfect for family fun. A short walk to the beach and easy walk to restaurants. We appreciated the wagon to tote things to the beach. We found rusty beach chairs and replaced them with new chairs, as we appreciated the amenities left for us. We couldn’t have asked for a better cottage for our family’s spring vacation.

We had a wonderful trip! We loved the cottage. It was perfect for a girls week at the beach. We loved the pool and easy access to the beach. Everything we needed for the beach was at the cottage which was such a treat! The entire process was very smooth. I would highly recommend this location for a beach trip.

Tv not working in bedroom, gas grill no fuel 2 tanks sitting empty, sparked didn’t work on grill, broken small appliances left in house that don’t work called for fix on tv missed call came after 2call couldn’t fix wrong cable box said some one would call us and get it taken care of! Never happened just gave up very busy street and loud noises, that being said it’s a good place but a little overpriced for the general experience

Mim’s Place was clean and the perfect size for our family of five. The pool was a great backyard retreat, and front yard was a relaxing place to people watch. The kitchen was nice sized, the pans could stand to be replaced, but there were ample dishes and glassware. The washer/dryer made the stay super convenient. The washer needed to be balanced but the rental company responded quickly. The bedrooms were nice sized, and closets were great too. The enclosed porch area was also a nice place to spend in the mornings. It could stand to have someone go thru the beach gear, some was pretty worn out. We would definitely stay here again.

The home is adorable and has easy access to the beach. However, many things were needing repair. The ice maker did not appear to work, we could easily buy it. The washing machine was unbalanced and unusable. The door to the pool was missing a screw so it came off in our hand at each use. I will say maintenance was very responsive when we called about the broken toilet and power outage in a few rooms. We really appreciated there response. Because we had an infant crawling around, our biggest concern was the floors. They were dirty!
