The house was absolutely beautiful!!! Plenty of room and great amenities. Hope to come back soon!

The house was everything we needed to accommodate our 35 person family celebrating a 55 year wedding anniversary trip. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy time together! The views from the balcony are amazing and the common areas to relax hit all the right feeels for us!

We loved the location, beautiful views, and spacious layout of this VRBO. The price was great, and the host was responsive. The house had good amenities and was well-stocked with basics like plates and silverware. That said, there were several issues: outdated info in the pre-arrival letter (codes, wifi, etc.), one dishwasher didn’t work, coffe pots were subpar, many lamps were out or missing bulbs, and the pool room A/C was broken with no follow-up on repairs after being told a repairman would come. The house seemed clean at first glance, but there was a lot of dust (baseboards, furniture, decor, etc.) and the outdoor decks were very dirty and needed thorough cleaning before use. With a little more attention to detail, this could be a fantastic stay.

We totally enjoyed our time in Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg but the cabin, while it met our needs - we were disappointed by the overall presentation. In the kitchen specifically the cooking utensils, pots and pans were in very poor condition and completely disorganized. There was dust along almost every baseboard, cobwebs in bedrooms. One bedroom was missing a tv, one of the dining room chairs was broken, one of the rocking chairs on the deck was broken. Small things overall but based on the pictures we expected a little more attention to detail within the property. We were also greeted with an unusual occurrence upon check-in. When we arrived there were some ladies there who had been inside the house. They said they were renting the house next month and were there to look over the place as they were planning to get married there. They said the cleaning crew had just left. I don’t know if the cleaning crew mistook them for us or if the cleaning crew left the doors open because they saw them waiting to enter. They asked if they could walk around a bit because their wedding planner was going to be meeting them there to go over some ideas. We reluctantly allowed them to do so but it was awkward to have them there as we were trying to unload our cars and get things set up.
