It was amazing! This place was beautifully decorated, had every amenity we needed and was truly perfect for a friends getaway! The location is just far enough removed from the beach that it’s peaceful but is very walkable to beachfront access. We even spotted a few dolphins while sitting on the back balcony! I hope to head back someday. Thank you!

The condo was so clean and very well maintained. Kitchen is completely stocked with all you need. Beds were comfortable and the view from the screened in porch was awesome. Very relaxing. We had a blast!!

Perfect, less than a 15 min walk from the beach, 20 min drive to downtown, and we saw Dolphins from the balcony!! Perfect for our bachelorette/girls weekend. Steven was very helpful and responsive. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I adore Turn of the River property! Our unit was gorgeous and clean. Perfect location for Folly Beach and scooting into Charleston. Our one complaint was that the elevator was not working for our entire visit:( I’m sure that it was hard to find a repairman over the holiday weekend but I was disturbed to find the On property person was off all weekend too. Regardless, we made it work and we’re incredibly pleased with this gem of a property. We will absolutely be back!

The condo was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and spacious. The location was perfect. We could easily walk to the beach, shops, & restaurants. Driving to various activities and venues we chose were close by and easy to get to. We were able to see the dolphins most everyday which was a nice treat. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We were in town for my nephew’s graduation. Hello Sunshine was the perfect location to Charleston and the beach. Loved the view and the screened in porch.

Hello Sunshine was a great place to stay for my husband and our family. Beautiful view, clean and well stocked. We were able to rent Jet ski’s from Coastalrentalschs and they made the whole trip even more fun. Thank you!

We brought our children to South Carolina for Spring Break and absolutely loved our time at Hello Sunshine. The property was very clean, very well stocked, and beautifully decorated. My kids had space to get away from each other and they so appreciated it after our long days out. The property is close to everything you could need or want to do and just a short drive into Charleston. The views were beautiful. It was so lovely to start and end the days looking out over the high tide waters, and we saw dolphins every day. The property managers are quick to respond to questions and super helpful as well. It was a lovely stay!

The condo looked exactly like the pictures; it was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. There is plenty of room for a group of friends like ours, and we enjoyed the large family room and its furniture.

From the moment we walked thru the door of Hello Sunshine we felt right at home. The condo is well appointed, very clean, enough closet space, each bedroom has its own bathroom and beds were very comfortable. I started my day with morning coffee on the porch and ended it with a glass of wine while gazing at a beautiful sunset. The living room was a great relaxing space and internet worked great. The location couldn’t be beat! We greatly enjoyed our stay here and plan on booking again for next year!

Although the temps were freezing, we had the best time. Love the location and unit. We will be returning.!

This was a great place for a girls getaway. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The condo was spacious, clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Every morning we had our coffee on the screened in veranda and watched boats, birds, and dolphins. The property manager was communicative and responded quickly. The location was perfect. 10 minute walk to the beach and restaurants and a 20 minute Uber drive into downtown for great dinners, sightseeing, and shopping. We loved this place and hope to be back soon. We are so grateful we found this awesome place.

I live on James island and had Clemson roommates visiting (graduated 93 &94). View was great. Nice to have own room with Queen and king size beds and own bathroom. Place very comfortable for watching a lot of football. Complex quiet and Convenient to Folly and downtown. Everything we needed was provided. Only suggestion is provide a separate bin for recycling. We set something up for ourselves and worked out. Enjoyed our stay.

Thank you for a wonderful stay at Hello Sunshine!! We celebrated our granddaughters 2nd birthday on the beach and loved staying at your condo on the Ashley River with beautiful riverfront views! The condo is immaculate and very well decorated. Everything we needed to cook and bake was at our fingertips! I did a Walk to and from town twice a day for a quick exercise. The condo is just outside of town, over the bridge. There is both a sidewalk for walkers and a bike path for bikers. Many families used the sidewalk for a quick to and from. It’s only a 7 minute walk and is fun with all of the retro shops, coffee stops, and wine/fun bars!!! The sunsets on the veranda were breathtaking. We watched a shark attack it’s catch from the screened in porch….thrilling!!!! Glad we were on the porch! We love staying on the river!!!! We have vacationed at Folly Beach for years! We’ll be back!!! For vacationers, Rita’s is a must for a casual lunch or dinner. The portions are huge, You’ll have leftovers!!!

The property was very pleasant and inviting. We got to see dolphins on Sunday am between 9:00-9:30 am. The place was spotless. We did not find the tv notes til Monday when leaving! In gratitude!

The condo was beautiful and in a good location, close to the beach. We particularly loved the screened in porch and the view. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the Folly Beach area! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time. The property was just like the pictures and very clean. The elevator was not working when we first arrived, which was an issue because one of our family members is an amputee. However, it was fixed within a few hours and the owners were very responsive when we informed them it wasn’t working.

This is our family's second venture to Hello Sunshine and yet again, it did not disappoint. Perfectly located to enjoy the sun and surf of Folly, but close enough to explore the attractions, dining, and history of Charleston. Plus, as a Philadelphia native, James Island is home to the best cheesesteak south of the Mason Dixon via Yous Guys' Sandwich Shop. We'll be back next year.

We loved our stay at Hello Sunshine. The view is so peaceful of the Folly River. We enjoyed watching boats go up and down the river. Their home is decorated so nicely and the beds are very comfortable!! We have two young kids, and we were easily able to walk to the beach each day. We would recommend this place to anyone and stay again in the future anytime we are visiting Folly.

Everything about this property was awesome. However. CANT give it 5 stars. The sheets in the master bedroom truly didn’t seem to be freshly changed. AND there were a few minor stains on them. Sorry- that’s gross. Other than that- stellar stay!
