Fantastic location - a minutes walk to the shop, pharmacy, bus/taxi and the bars/restaurants yet very quiet. The apartment itself was spacious and has everything you could need. It also has a lovely terrace that gets the sun up to early evening. Would highly recommend it

Lovely apartment, and super shower, very comfortable beds, and apartment was cleaned regularly.

Requested a coffee making device twice, but no response. No soap for dishwasher either! Poorly equipped

Terrace provided a great space to relax and to eat outside. Towels were replaced midweek. Help only a phone all away but there was no need. Airport transfer arranged by host was excellent too. Location perfect for us

It was perfect for us, however perhaps a bit of lighting on the way down the steps from road into the apartment would help in the evening.

Lovely, friendly place, great location and the food was of a high standard.

The pillows were really lumpy and bumpy and only one each. A couple of extra pillows would help.

The sofa was not comfortable didn’t really function well as a sofa the arms always ended up always on the floor , and mattress didn’t seem to have any give for us it was a little hard. But still loved the place. Didn’t really sit inside.

Beautiful modern, comfortable and immaculately clean apartment that is well equipped with heating and air conditioning. It is located in the centre of Cavtat with a lovely court yard that is peaceful and relaxing yet only 1 minutes walk to the centre where you can find local bars, restaurants, supermarkets and bank. Our visit was in October when the weather can be a little unpredictable so the nice big TV with Netflix was perfect for a night in. Communication was excellent from booking to departure; Niksa is a really nice guy and a great communicator - he made sure he was there to greet us upon arrival and checked on us a couple of times to ensure we were catered for. Highly recommended.

Great location short walk to the beach, check in easy with host meeting us with keys. Apartment small but great, kitchen okay for preparing smaller meals. Bed comfortable, very clean throughout. Couch bed also comfortable to sleep on.

Great location, just a short walk to the harbor, shops and restaurants. The kitchen is ideal for making light meals at home and we enjoyed sitting outside in the shade.

AC is only in the living room, none in the bedroom - we were there during a heatwave so it was a little warm at night, but not big problem - we would stay again!

Very friendly and helpful host, fantastic location, a few metres from the harbour, bus stop, supermarket. Cavtat is gorgeous with lovely people. The apartment is comfortable, spotless, amazing power shower, good wifi, and nice terrace out front. The thick walls means it stays cool in summer too. 100% recommend

Great apartment right in the centre of Cavtat (less than 1 minute walk to the water). Perfect for a couple. Clean and modern. Host is very helpful and quick to respond. Nice BBQ area.

Great location, perfect for our requirements and quiet.

Owner difficult to engage with and delayed responses to enquiries as goes through booking agent. There is a significant issue with ants inside the property, so if you are booking, make sure you seal all foods and remove rubbish daily. The WiFi DOES NOT WORK. There is no password for access made available and although we were able to connect to an insecure network we could not access the internet at all. The router inside the property works intermittently. Owner took over 24 hours to respond to my request for assistance by which time we were heading home. We did not meet the owner at all. We also had an issue with a lack of hot water. No instructions in the property but fortunately husband is an engineer so was able to sort. Also, be aware property is directly below flightpath for aircraft landing at Dubrovnik....pretty much regular from 8am to 10pm, not really an issue when you are inside but of you want to take advantage of the terrace....!! I requested at point of booking taxi transfer to airport but never got a response. We ended up going to tourist info and getting a number for a local firm, which was easy enough, but why offer this as an option when booking if you aren’t prepared to follow through?
