Great Location and Communication was really good. Arrival and departure was super easy. Landscaping on the back wall by the pool and a deep cleaning of the interior are the only items I can see for improvement. Will stay here again…I recommend…

Had a great time at a good home near our destination of Grayhawk Golf Course. Fit all our needs and then some!

The property was clean and had ample space for our two families. We really enjoyed using the hot tub after a day spent hiking in Scottsdale. And our kids loved playing pool on the billiards table. The property has some usual wear. The dishwasher probably needs replacing and the shower had really low water pressure. All in it was comfortable but could maybe use some maintenance.

We had a great time staying at this property. The home is very clean, well equipped, and comfortable. Maria was quick to respond and made sure that everything was perfect.

Pleasant place to stay. Not as well stocked as some rentals. Great area and very relaxing. The two masters are a plus. Did not contact property manager but had to give a rating. Be aware there are lots of extra fees for this property.

Our stayed was a good one with room for improvement for the Host. My friends and I were in town for a Baseball tournament in the 45 yrs old Division and this house has all the amenities we were looking for. The communication with the Host via VRBO app was excellent in the beginning, (the shower in the 3rd bathroom wasn't working properly) I texted the Host and he immediately responded and sent a Tech within 15 minutes, the Tech spent about 2 hrs but fixed the problem, at least that's what we thought. The tech fixed the sprout and the shower lever but the shower head was clogged. Then the Hot tub was working with no issues even on Thursday morning when 1 of our guys got in the hot tub at 6am before our game but when we came back hurting and aching the water temp was at around 82 degrees and wouldn't go up. So I notified the Host via app and we got no response which was a bit disappointed otherwise I would of have given a 5 star review. Other than that the place was super clean and amazing. The highlight for our stay was the across the street neighbor, Chris, who was amazingly friendly, inviting us to his home for drinks, he even came over and hung out with us a few times.
