We loved how close this house was to the start/finish line of the race, and that it was on the course. The house was as advertised, clean, and perfect for what we were there for. Communication with the property management group was great and we had no hiccups or issues with our stay.

Our family of six enjoyed a relaxing Thanksgiving break at 17 Greensward. The home afforded plenty of space to hang out, play pool in the loft, grill on the large deck and enjoy evening meals and games in the dining room.
It is always nice to head south for the Thanksgiving break and explore new areas of Kiawah Island. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this home on the Cougar Point golf course and will be back in years to come!

This is a very clean, well cared for property. Very comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. The hosts were very informative and kept in great communication. The house has a screened porch which we enjoyed. Our stay was very pleasant. The only thing that surprised me was the plethora of extra service charges that actually doubled the price of the rental. Also, because we were not registered guests of Kiawah Island Resort, there were limitations on the amenities and dining facilities we could use. However, we enjoyed the golf and the beach and especially the oyster roast at Mingo Point. We have been going to Kiawah for about thirty years, initially as homeowners but now as renters. Definitely renting through VRBO eliminated some of the hassle of dealing with the main registration. We liked being able to go straight to the property. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Great location for a relaxing family vacation. The property managers were responsive and friendly and the house was perfect for our family…well equipped, close to the beach, quiet neighborhood, and our boys loved the pool table. It’s been a couple years since we’ve been to Kiawah and this trip will have us coming back again soon. Thanks!

Our stay was everything we wanted and then some. The home upon entry was immaculate. The community was beautiful with many local, nice attractions. The local beach was very clean and a good place to take children. The people who I communicated with about the home were very responsive and pleasant to work with. The vacation to Kiawah Island was amazing, the home we stayed in made it even more perfect.

Modern and thoroughly updated inside; very convenient to front gate of the island and to the beach and golf. Our family loved the pool table, the screened in porch and the bunk beds. We would definitely stay at this property again on future visits.

We were so happy with this property and hope to stay again. We especially enjoyed the back deck, and the children loved the pool table loft. The rooms were very nice and the beds were very comfy. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed.

Our experience at this property, from the moment we booked until the moment we checked out, was outstanding. The iTrip Vacations team were amazing: communication was excellent, and when we had (very minor) problem with the property, they were personally available and the issue was resolved within minutes. The property itself was spotless, well-stocked, and perfectly located. We wouldn't hesitate to stay in the same home - and will definitely work with the iTrip Vacations team again!

We (4 adults) stayed at this house for 2 weeks, October 2022. The house fully met our expectations. The house looks to be fairly recently remodeled,so it still feels 'fresh'. It was very clean, with a well stocked kitchen (we all cook and ate-in most days). We wondered if it would feel cramped but there was enough living area within the living room, porch and deck for all of us. We knew the house was not located especially close to the beach (we are all very familiar with Kiawah Island) but were pleasantly surprised by the easy access via the path that is almost just across the street...about a 10 minute walk in total. Overall, a wonderful time.

We loved our stay at this home. It was perfect for myself, wife, 10 year old son and 8 year old daughter. The beach is amazing and is the perfect place to enjoy any activity you want to. Renting bikes is a MUST for this area. Easy riding and beautiful paths. We rode 12 miles one day and my 8 year old had no complaints. Riding on the beach with the wind on your back is the most fun I have had riding a bike in my 40 years of life! The house is located close to the entrance to the island and beach as well as the freshfields village which has restaurants and a grocery. The house was clean and the layout was perfect.

The house was perfect for our family. We have adult children and having a bed and bathroom for everyone was great. The house was in a great location and you could tell it had been updated with new decor and furnishings. We would rent again.

The house is amazing. It was so clean, updated, and well put together. It was a nice little beach retreat for our family. It was also well stocked with everything our family could need. The process of checking in and out has been amazing. I will definitely be booking this house again for future vacations!

The house was exactly as shown. It was very clean and pretty. The neighborhood was quiet and just a quick bike ride from the beach. Steven and Sarah were great to work with. We had no issues with our stay.

10/10 for Greensward! Lovely home, very clean, plenty room to spread out for our family of five, beds very comfortable, pool table is a big plus! Kitchen fully stocked. Watched sunrise at the beach every morning during our week long stay, enjoyed the walk on the resort ground! Will recommend to friends and family who plan to vacation in Charleston area, :-)

A very relaxing and pleasant stay! The house was very clean and situated in a great spot. The pool table kept the family entertained and the spaciousness allowed us to entertain friends as well. Would go back in a heartbeat!

The house was generally nicely appointed and very clean. The location was good - a short walk or bike ride to the beach. I noted a few things that would make it better, and honestly, should be a given for a beach house in this price range: beach chairs should be provided. I have rented beach houses for years all over the world and have always had beach chairs provided. I was very surprised they were not available and wonder if this is intentional given the island rents them on the beach daily ($35 for 2 chairs and an umbrella you must give up by 5 PM!). There was no outdoor shower or hose for rinsing off the sand before entering the house. There were no cushions for the hard wooden furniture on the porch - which made sitting out there very uncomfortable. The air conditioning system is not very good - particularly in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms which stayed very warm. The vents are small and blocked by furniture in these bedrooms. Overall, I would not recommend renting this house at the current price range for the reasons above.
