This was a beautiful roomy condo right in the beach. Very comfortable, beautiful views, and located close to everything. Our family had a wonderful time!

The unit was clean and well maintained. It was actually much roomier than we had envisioned from the photos. The deck had plenty of room and seating. This unit has very easy beach access and is within walking distance of the boardwalk. Itrip was easy to communicate with and was quick to answer any questions we had. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Everyone in our party was very pleased with our stay. The place was very clean when we arrived and had every thing we needed there. The view was spectacular and it was quite even with the number of places there. We will recommend this to our friends.

We enjoyed our stay at the Easy Breezy. The view from the condo is great. The condo was clean and had been updated recently. We also enjoyed how easy it was to get to the beach and pool. It is also very close to the board walk, the teenagers loved to walk down there. No need to drive, since it is only 3 blocks away.

The condo was beautiful and roomy, the pool was nice and convenient and of course the ocean views were perfect. The large balcony was great for stashing all of the kids' beach and pool toys. My only complaint, which is no one's fault, is the parking situation. You have to park 2 and 3 deep, 1 day we needed to get out and the people parked behind us wouldn't answer their phone or door so we couldn't get out. Thankfully the boardwalk is an easy walk so we were able to go to dinner, just not at the place we originally planned.

My children (ages 4 & 8), met my mom and her husband at Carolina beach for time together. Stay was great, the place is very nice and close to the beach.

We did a 5 day family vacation. It was the perfect spot. Clean, beautiful view. Amazing communication. Pool was nice for our 4 year old. Close to the beach. 5 star all the way ?

The property manager was very responsive if any questions and had good instructions. Had great beach access and great deck with really nice furniture. We had a slow drain on the first day and they were there first thing the next morning to get it taken care of. The place was great!!

This property was perfect for our family! There was plenty of space & the balcony overlooking the ocean was beautiful. The location was perfect with beach access almost immediately after walking down the steps. Everything from the furniture & beds to the kitchen & bathrooms was clean & well maintained. We loved the large dining table where all 8 of us could sit together. We want this exact condo when we vacation here again!

Beautiful view of the ocean! The deck was fabulous and we enjoyed the ocean and beach view. The access to the beach is very easy and convenient. Rooms are nicely decorated and included extra pillows and blankets, hangers, etc. Very comfortable!

The exterior of the condo is older but don’t let it stop you: the interior is beautiful. To get to the condo you have to climb four flights of stairs, seven stairs each. If you have wonky knees this might not be the place for you. But the view of the ocean and pool is worth the climb! The condo is located about three blocks from the boardwalk so it was very convenient location.

This is a great beach condo with a pool and direct beach access . Everything you need is there . It’s an easy walk to the boardwalk and restaurants as well. I will definitely stay here again .

Floors are not well insulated We heard a kid upstairs running back and forth stomping on the floors all week

We loved staying here. We appreciated the communication with the host. We've stayed at many rentals, but this one stuck out in a positive way. The labels were wonderful! They have labels for the pots and pans and where the plates go, etc. This was great for helping put things back after washing. The binder full of details are helpful! The starter packs were on point and the towels were laid out, ready to go. You can tell they have experience renting out. They have perfected the system. The furniture and beds were great. The space was laid out nicely so my 3 year old had plenty of room to play with his toys. I would 100% stay here again. Thank you for being awesome hosts and so prepared for renters! Oh! And how can you resist the view and ease of access to the beach!!! Can't forget that! Walking distance to the downtown area was a bonus!

Easy Breezy was the perfect condo for our family getaway. Excellent location, wonderful views, well-stocked kitchen. We were traveling with a baby and we appreciated that there was plenty of open space in the living room and dining room for crawling around. The large deck was wonderful for dinner and drinks outside. We would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Easy Breezy and ITrip made our experience seamless. The unit was very roomy for 6 people and included all the conveniences to prep meals in when preferred. We were within blocks of many wonderful restaurants even in low season. Highly recommend renting this condo!

Easy Breezy was a wonderful oceanfront condo and the perfect place for our family to relax for a few days and enjoy time with my Grand baby. The condo was clean, and well equipped. The view was amazing and we watched the sun rise from the private deck each morning. Communication was good with this small family Buisness. Check in was good. The only issue I had was the steps up to the condo and the parking situation. I did have to call someone to move their vehicle to let me out one day. They came promptly but I can see where it might be an issue if someone didn’t answer their phone and you needed to be somewhere. Neither of these situations are the owners problem as they told about both on their site before I booked. I only say this in case you have knee and back issues as I do. Other than that, it was a great place.

The customer service at iTrip is outstanding; very accommodating, very responsive, and very professional. The condo we rented was exactly like the photos, very clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything needed to make the vacation worry-free. The little 'extras' that were provided were much appreciated; little bags of toiletries, little bags of coffee & condiments, little bags of laundry products, and a kitchen stocked with all the necessities! These are the 'special' touches that very few rentals have provided over the past 25+ years that we have been vacationing in CB & KB. No detail was overlooked, to include a Happy Birthday sign made for one of our family members! :) The only negative, and I do mean ONLY, is that we were on the 2nd floor of a 3-floor building. The renters in the upstairs unit walked/stomped like Godzilla throughout the days and late into the nights, to include allowing their children to run/stomp back and forth throughout the entire length of the unit at all hours of the day/night. This made it difficult for us to thoroughly enjoy every aspect. Next time we will ensure that a top-floor unit is booked. The weather during our week couldn't have been more perfect! Not a single drop of rain the entire time we were there. We will definitely book with iTrip again.

Excellent view , close to places to eat and very clean. I wish it will have direction to the community grill and a key to the storage closed. And everything work. Thank you.

The location was great, right on the beach and it was fairly clean. CONS: 1.) I told the owner, I had 8 guests and the 2 other beds were not made. Had to search for linens and after finding them they had visible stains on them. 2.) Big issue is the sliding doors did not have shades or curtains, so those who slept on the pull out couch in living room-woke up to the SUN shining directly on them very early in the morning and no privacy. 3.) The neighbor below us (owns her condo) I think name is Betty or something. She kept her front door open everyday which was annoying, with tons of people in her place all the time. She had parties each night, very loud and smell of marijuana entire time we went on the porch to enjoy the view. The kitchen was not well stocked. At 1:30 AM, they were partying and yelling and my husband was woken-up and we had to run downstairs to tell her to shut her door and stop yelling, since others were sleeping. At least, shut your front door! 3.) Only 1 small fry pan in kitchen, kitchen not very stocked at all. 4.) Signs all over the condo, saying "Do not bring in sand... etc." and we are on the beach. Not very welcoming and obviously we would bring in sand, but we swept it when we could. That is what the extra FEE for cleaning is for and cleaners are for. I didn't want to stress over that on my vacation honestly. I've never seen such deliberate unwelcoming signs like that. If you want to put signs everywhere- but more welcoming and kind about it is all. It was a joke honestly. Rented homes/condos etc many times before and never had such signs as these. Ugh. 5.) The bedroom with the queen bed and small pull-out, did not have a working TV (only for gaming) which was not the best for those who want to enjoy a show in bed during vacation. 6.) Also recommend, bigger side tables next to the beds, especially the master. So small I couldn't put my phone, water and other needed items next to me without falling off. Also additional lighting other than overhead lights would be great too (like a lamp or two). 7.) BIG ISSUE, there are not designated parking spots. You just take what's free and you can block someone in or you get blocked it. It was very inconvenient! PROS: 1.) The view was very nice and convenient to the beach. 2.) The pool was nice to have, even though we never went in it. 3.) Having the extra pullout couch in living room and 1 bedroom was nice. I hope this helps maybe improve some things for future guests!

This place was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 4 children. The house was super clean and well stocked. Easy access to the beach and pool. We were within walking distance of the boardwalk, restaurants, beach shops and convenience stores. Neighbors were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely book again.

The condo was very clean and well stocked. It actually had more supplies than I expected. Communication was also very good. For our family vacation it was what we needed. If we return to Carolina Beach we would definitely stay at Easy Breezy again.

EVERYTHING you need is at the condo, including beach chairs. Kurig and regular coffee maker, extra blankets, pillows, etc and NO MILDEW anywhere. Everything was clean and fresh, the bed in the master was comfortable. We did not use the two back bedrooms so can't comment on them but they were beautifully furnished as well. The only issues we had were that we didn't know how to operate the smart tv's (we are over 50..get a teenager on FaceTime to help lol). Also there is shared parking in a lane and you might have to move your vehicle to let someone out. We were there for 5 days so we got the hang of it..not anything that would discourage us from staying again. The house was beautiful, the view was beautiful and it's very close to Stoked Restaurant, which is on the water, and is a fun dress down place with upscale food and spirits.
