The house was huge and accommodated 6 adults and 2 children easily. There was a little confusion on the correct door code, so it took a little longer to enter the house. We left one item behind, and the host was able to deliver it to us at our follow-on rental. We would stay here again even if we had fewer people.

Overall stay was amazing. The kids enjoyed the pool. Plenty of room for 5 kids and 4 adults. Was there for a tournament and the location was great being 10 min away!

Clean house in a nice neighborhood, close to events at Bell Bank Park and Cactus Yards

Our family rented this home for our son’s wedding week and it was perfect! We had tons of space for friends and family to gather! Highly recommend!

Everything was very clean. Beds were comfy. Open floor plan with high ceilings made the house feel spacious for the 10 of us. We will definitely try to book again next year.

Very nice having three bathrooms.

We stayed in this home in January 2023. There were two couples and the house was set up perfect! We each had our own Bedroom/Bathroom separated by a huge living area. You could easily accommodate another couple (or a family) as there was a lot of space. The kitchen was well equipped, the yard was beautiful, and the house was in a great location. We will be back.

Deanna was fantastic! Very fast to answer our texts about questions on the property. The house was so clean and much bigger then we expected. The house had everything we could have need and more. The neighborhood is a high end safe neighborhood.

We had 5 adults and 1 infant stay in the house, it was wonderful! The host even bought us a pack and play for our infant son so we didn't have to bring it from home. There were a couple of minor issues at the house but the host was responsive and instructed us how to resolve. The only downside of this property was the stove top was a little finnicky and we were unable to use the largest burner. But we would absolutely stay at the property again!

Bedroom facing the patio needs curtains and the door was locked with no way to open. Not all the smoke detectors are connected/installed. Garage door opener not plugged in had to open door by hand.

The first thing I want to mention is how helpful Deanna was in arranging our stay. We needed a wheelchair accessible home with a large master bedroom that would accommodate a hospital bed and some other medical equipment. Before we booked our stay Deanna was very helpful in determining that we would be comfortable in the home and that all my needs would be met. We checked out 12 hours before the deadline, but they were unable to arrange to have the medical equipment picked up before we left. When I told Deanna our concern. She said to have the medical supplier contact her when they arrived at the house and that she could arrange to let them in for the pickup. Everything went flawlessly and the equipment was picked up without a problem. This was our first trip to Arizona, we were there for my daughters wedding, and the house fitted our needs perfectly. We were 10 people and everyone enjoyed the large rooms and comfortable beds as well as a swimming pool and the ping-pong table in the game room. The kitchen/family room area was big enough to allow everyone room to eat while some could still watch the huge television. Coming from the San Francisco Bay Area, it was a little bit difficult getting used to managing the air conditioning, but we figured everything out and that house became our refuge during the hot afternoons. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood and is close to freeways and shopping areas, so we didn't feel like we were out in the middle of the desert or surrounded by a big city with noise and traffic. Should we ever return to Mesa, we would definitely stay here again.

We were in town to visit friends. Check in was easy. A few things made a less than ideal stay. We got in late and woke up to make coffee. There was a coffee pot and coffee filters but no coffee maker. On the second to last day we were due to roll off toilet paper. I reached out thru vrbo in the morning and was told someone would drop off toilet paper. We went to bed at 830pm and still no toilet paper. Luckily the friends we visited spared a couple rolls. Also mentioned the coffee maker and was told they didn’t realize one wasn’t there. One of the smoke alarms was hanging. In another room you could see a spot that was supposed to have one but didn’t. We found a BB gun which looked like a riddle in the master bedroom closet. There were 2 dryers in the laundry room with only one working. It would make more sense to move it out or put a sign on it. The garbage can on the side of the house was full. Not sure we’d stay there again

The house was perfect for our extended family gathering. There were a few maintenance hiccups but the owner was responsive with our requests and will be fixing those items after our visit. The pool was very nice and refreshing even in the 108 degree July 1st day. I recommend this host and house.

The accommodations were perfect for us. Uplifted our spirits as we were ther to attend a memorial. Outdoor living the best. Coffee in the morning by the pool. Large kitchen enabled 2 + people working in kitchen at a time. Pingpong table was a hit. Located in a quiet area and convenient to grocery store.

This house is amazing and has everything you need for an Arizona vacation. We were here with our daughter, grandkids and her in laws. The neighborhood is clean and safe with lots of places to walk. There were a few parks close by for the kids too. The pool was chilly but the kids went in anyway.

Fun weekend trip! Beautiful house, large bedrooms and a perfect backyard! Seven adults and we all had plenty of room. We would absolutely rent this property again!
