We loved the location of the condo. We could walk to restaurants, grocery and many shops. The access to the beach was right across the road. We highly recommend Al’s for coffee and their amazing pastries!!

Condo was clean and beds comfortable. What we have come to expect in over 25 years of staying at Surf Court was not there. We checked out 2 days early.

Beautifully appointed unit in a fabulous location. Close to the beach and bike paths galore. Three spacious bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable seating for 6 for dining and the living room. Clean & Organized. Tastefully decorated. Thanks so much!

The entire process from renting to existing couldn’t have been easier. I have stayed at other condos in the area but decided this year to try a new place. Although skeptical looking at pictures on line, this condo was exceptionally nice. Walking in the door I could not ask for a cleaner place. The pictures really showed a true picture of how nice this condo is. I will definitely look into this condo again next year for our annual golf outing.

I’ve been visiting HHI for over 25 years since I was a kid and now I’m taking my own family. This location was WONDERFUL and the home was beautiful! I really appreciated the high end appliances. The walk to the pool was maybe 20 seconds - essentially in the condo’s backyard. The walk to the beach was very close as well and that’s coming from a mom lugging a toddler and an infant. We really appreciated the beach wagon & chairs!! You’re a stone’s throw away from the pirate ship playground and shopping/restaurants. Communication with TurnKey was quick and friendly. We would without hesitation stay at this location again and if it’s not available, we’ll look for another TurnKey property. Thank you for sharing your home with us!!

The location is okay, walk to the beach was a little long for a 3 year old. Property management company was very responsible with small maintenance issue and the communication was excellent before, during and after stay. Pool was crowded and a bit loud at times especially in the afternoon.

We were very happy with the cleanliness, layout, how the kitchen was equipped and the quick response of the staff when we had questions. The only complaint, and this was a minor one, was that the outside garbage has not been picked up before we arrived. We contacted the staff and they acted promptly and took care of the garbage.
We would recommend this property for your vacation needs.

Perfect location. Wonderful appliances. Unfortunatley, there was a group of 4 very noisy & drunk guys who partied almost all night one night near the pool. Also, the neighbor next door was worried about our grill ( don't know why) and became belligerant & aggressive. Management was very responsive to all requests except for the metal faucet in the service area. For 3 days we felt some kind of electric surge when turning on the hose. Didn't happen all the time, but there is something going on. Would stay with a Turnkey property again.
I wish there were partitions between the patios.

Checkin process was fantastic and easy. Unit was in great shape. Kitchen was furnished with top of line appliances and utensils. Overall a great place with a lot of room.

We took a girls trip of 9 and we had such a good time! The closeness of the beach was amazing and also close to coligny and night life! We would all love to stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay very much. A few things that would have made it better would be more supplies in the starter kit, such as more Dishwasher tabs and laundry detergent. There was also no salt and sugar but we were able to borrow from the neighbors. There were also no paper towels or garbage bags. The kids had a great time playing with the games available and kept them occupied when the beach weather wasn't great. Furniture seemed to have animal hair, possibly cat hair, which family members are allergic to, which made it a little difficult to hang out in the living area. Overall, we would stay here again.

We all loved our accommodations! The condo was so roomy! The LR was spacious with plenty of comfortable seating for family time and TV, the dining area perfect for our Thanksgiving feast and the "penthouse suite" was a nice touch of privacy! Everything was spotless upon arrival and the kitchen was well equipped. The "starter supply" of soaps, TP, etc was more than sufficient. We had no need to contact anyone for assistance, but I accidentally sent a text to the management and I had a near immediate response! Our only complaint was that the entry code was too long to memorize! LOL!We truly enjoyed our beach condo and talking longingly about wishing it were ours on a more permanent basis!PS. Loved the decor as well. Also tons of reading material and games available! It was too chilly for the pool but it was very clean and a nice size.

Kitchen was well stocked and clean. The house itself is pretty noisy with stairs and floors creaking with every step and beds were very loud. It was difficult to navigate the unit quietly with 3 small children sleeping. Unit was very clean upon arrival which was nice to see.
