This property is built for perfect beach vacation days. So convenient for every bedroom to have its own bath. Pool is clean with pool toys available. Home is clean and well stocked with beach towels. Short walk to the beach access to spend long quiet beach days which is mainly what we did during our stay. Thanks for sharing your beautiful and well-designed vacation home.

This location and property was outstanding. The non traffic, quiet beach is right across the street. The kids enjoyed the pool, while the adults enjoyed the spa. This property is exactly as you see in the photos. The home very clean and well taking care of. Perfect for a family vacation. I would recommend this home to anyone looking to have a laid back, relaxing vacation.

Had a great time staying with friends from College. The house was spotless, very large and spacious, and well stocked with towels and amenities. Great access to the beach.

This house has everything you need. The beach access was so close. The amenities from beach chairs, pool, bikes, pool, and the cleanliness of the house was amazing. Already planning my trip for next year. I would recommend this home to anyone. My daughters birthday was everything to her. From beginning to end it was amazing. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Next time we are.

The property did not come as advertised. The property was so much better than the pictures and description. The home was beautiful. I loved the open floor plan and high ceilings which gave it a spacious feeling. Each room having its own bathroom was incredible. The garage was loaded with Beach items to use which was so helpful. The walk to the beach is very short and best of all no beach traffic. Very little traffic. It felt like we had our own piece of the beach to ourselves the entire time. It felt very local instead of the commercial vibe which for us was a dream come true. The house had all we needed. Don't forget the party lights in the pool to have a fun evening after soaking up the sun all day. I can say enough positive things about this house and its location. We are already talking about booking this location again. We loved it that much. Thank you for giving us a place to call our best beach vacation!

We had the best week at Fantasea. First, we were so impressed that the rental company was consistently communicating with us via text. The check-in process was quick and easy. As for the actual house, we were blown away by the cleanliness and homey feel of this house. We have owned a vacation property before that we rented out and keeping the property clean is so difficult. It was spotless! Some things we loved about this house: 1. The proximity to the beach - the walk to the beach takes about a minute from door to sandy beach. 2. The private feel of the beach/location - We were here during July 4th week, and even on a normally busy week, we were only one of a few families out there. Our children could run and play without us worrying about them disturbing other families and we could truly enjoy our beach time. Some days we were the only family out at the beach and there wasn’t another family for half a mile on either side of us. Also, the house location was perfect. Many restaurants were in close proximity. 3. The size of the house - the size of this house was perfect for us. The bathrooms and storage areas were very spacious. We had more than enough room and then some. Our children had their own space to do their own thing. We loved the multiple balconies along the front of the house! We even watched a shuttle launch one morning off the front balcony and got some amazing videos. 4. The pool - the pool was so refreshing and amazing. It was a great size for our group. We loved coming in from the beach and after rinsing off with the water hose at the front of the house, taking a dip in the pool. My kids almost loved the pool more than the beach. We even had a pool only day! 5. The home feeling this house has - this home is well loved by a family and you can tell. There are family pictures that decorate the walls. Also, the family provides above and beyond what a normal rental has. They had more than enough towels, cute kitchen towels, and they even had multiple cases of bottled water in the garage that they left for guest use, as well as beach necessities and bicycles. We appreciate so much the owners hospitality! We are planning to book this house again next year! We can’t recommend this house enough!
