The condo was clean, well stocked and a great location for a weekend ski trip to Winter Park! Owner communicated with us prior to our stay to make sure we had everything we needed for easy access and entry to the unit. Enjoyed our stay!

Easy location for access to Winter Park for a few days skiing. All amenities as expected

Very nice house in a great location. Short drive from the Market and easy access to the town and ski resort. Only issues we had was with the quality of internet connection and something with shower water that changed temperature if someone opened the faucet. It was a very nice stay and the owner response was always quick.

This was a great place to stay for our few days in Colorado! Perfect location to check out many attractions. Quiet and relaxing.

We enjoyed staying in this great little condo. The kitchen was well stocked with every dish we needed, the beds were very comfortable, and there was plenty of storage for our things. The only downside was that the internet wasn’t great, as confirmed by the owner, but we made due.

We had a lovely stay here. The accommodations were very comfortable and felt like home. Close to stores and restaurants. The wifi was a bit spotty sometimes but not unexpected with the mountains. Would definitely rent this condo again.

Perfect place for a trip to Winter Park. King, queen, and pullout couch are enough to fit 5 or 6 people, or 4 very comfortably. Really liked the outdoor porch, living room setup, and full set of glassware and cookware. Plug in radiator was also useful for drying out ski clothes. Doug was very helpful and responsive to my inquiries on the condo before and during the trip. Highly recommend

The condo was great. Clean, comfortable and in a great location. Very quiet. The bus stops just a few steps away. Great views of the mountains. We felt very comfortable - would definitely stay again. My daughter even saw a moose on the bus right around the corner from the condo. Only wish would have been laundry, but we made do with the laundry in town. Only had a few things that needed cleaning and the bus dropped us off just across the street. Highly recommend this location.

I loved the condo it was just as I expected. The beds were really comfortable. The sofa was soft. The only things I would suggest is to put locks on the room doors, a fan in the master bathroom, and a working tv in the guest bedroom.

This condo fit a family of five perfectly. Very clean and quiet condo with plenty of room. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This condo was a great find for me and a small group of friends. It is right in town, close to a supermarket and places to eat and a short drive away from Winter Park. The condo is comfortable with everything that you need for an enjoyable stay, and the owner was accommodating and very helpful.

I've been coming to Winter Park for some time now and must say there's not a more convenient location placed within distance of EVERYTHING you'd need for the price! This condo was very comfy and gives you that "at home" feel while vacationing away. I've stayed in this location during the Winter and the Summer season now and both times the owner was very informative and helpful with any questions we had. The furniture is comfy and the fire place is a perfect way to finish your evening while spending time with your friends and family. If you're looking for some entertainment the apartment is located just a mile from downtown Fraser and only a hop-skip-jump away from downtown Winter Park. The city now has a real nice bowling alley/movie theater that makes some really good brick oven pizza! Gotta go give it a try if you come to town! All in all I have no complaints with this place and will absolutely be returning!

The condo was well kept, comfortably furnished, well-supplied kitchen, close to grocery shopping and easy access to the ski resort. The heat was a little uneven - bedrooms are warmer than main rooms. This gem is a bargain!
