Very clean, very well stocked, fenced yard for the dogs, nice bathroom and lovely deck with grill. Close to downtown and an easy get away for all the touristic attractions. We had a great time.

It passed our first priority. It was very clean. Beds were comfortable enough, at least to our liking. For obvious reasons, rental property doesn't always have furniture of the highest quality, but the two nice comfortable recliners made it hard to leave for a day of exploring. We would stay again.

Only thing missing was a fire pit in yard (even a propane one would be nice) porch was fabulous, felt very secure and a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend.

We were blown away at the quality of this home, how stocked it was, and the quality of home goods. We were made to feel right at home. The cleanliness was 100%! It made travelling with a large family a slam-dunk!

Chuck was a great host! Communication with him was exceptional! My family, especially the children, wanted to make it their new home.😇 The home was immaculate, user friendly, comfortable, and within range of everything we wanted to do and see! We would definitely book through Chuck again!

This was a beautiful home and we would’ve loved it if we’d been able to stay longer. Our family of 7 slept comfortably and we’d love to stay here again in the future.

Our family had a wonderful vacation at this home. The house was clean, spacious, and the amenities were perfect. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck and visiting. The house is close to so many attractions. This was a perfect vacation spot! Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Property was clean, quiet and supplied everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and check-in was easy. We were celebrating a late Christmas with family and owner even had a lighted tree there for us and outside lights were beautiful too. So enjoyed our stay!!

Our stay was perfect! The Host was the most responsive of any host we’ve ever interacted with. The home was well stocked for cooking. Comfy beds, lots of seating, and amazing tubs for soaking away stress. There was fenced yard our dogs. We will stay here every time we need a place in Rapid City!

We were impressed with the amenities included in the property, and the kitchen was excellently arranged and fully provided for. The bedrooms and closets were spacious, and the bathrooms were wonderful - especially the jet-spa tub in the main bath. The setting truly provided a vacation from the cares of this world. We had a wonderful time in a nice cozy neighborhood so close to all the attractions of the Black Hills and Rapid City.

We wanted 2 BR (there are 3) and 2 baths which this location has. Beds are comfortable, the well stocked kitchen, plush towels, nice living room seating and comfy back patio for nice evening or morning enjoyment are bonus. Very nicely decorated and clean, in a quiet neighborhood. Even a canopy for the car.

The house was well decorated and very cozy. Plenty of seating room and things to do.. If you wanted something Charles responded within the hour. Will use the prperty if I am in the area again.
