Our condo was fine—we knew it wasn’t anything fancy. As others have mentioned—an update is certainly in order. The only thing in the cupboards was salt and pepper—again fine—just a heads up if you’re used to more well appointed kitchens. The door lock made me nervous as it seemed less than secure. However, you have to use a code to get up the elevator and up the stairs. Which leads into the worst part of the condominium—the elevator. SLOW—SLOW—SLOW and HOT—HOT—HOT! There seemed to be zero ventilation in the elevator—it was like being trapped in a sauna. They were able to put an after market security camera—why not a fan? Really—anything that would help make it bearable. Not one person I ran across didn’t mention these elevator issues. I was told the elevator has been down the day before we arrived. It seemed to be functioning once we arrived. Then the day before we left I entered the elevator on the 7th floor and hit the ground floor—doors closed—then nothing happened. I hit the button again. Nothing. I hit the open door button and it opened up to the 7th floor. It did this twice. I reported it to the on-site property manager. He stated he just has the elevator company out the week prior—then told me they are waiting for a circuit board that will be in next week. Just a cautionary tale—if you physically cannot handle stairs either up or down—this may not be the place for you. Pool was clean—I watched them clean it from the balcony. Overall a positive.

We had a very nice stay at 705! The area is something we're very happy with. The beach never gets to congested. The pool, hot tub, grill area, is very nice. It's an easy walk to John's Pass. Plenty to do within walking distance. The room itself is very nice. The open concept is great, the view is spectacular, and everything was comfy. The 4 star comes from some cleaning we had to do when we 1st got there. Nothing major, just swept under the tables, and found a Coke bottle under the couch. Also, the stove is OK. Tried boiling a pot of water for spaghetti noodles. We let it go 30 minutes and it never did boil. Don't let that take away from this place though. Other than that, everything was extremely nice. We liked it so much we've already reserved again.

I loved the room. It was small but perfect for just the two of us. The view is amazing and the pool and jacuzzi are nice. Unfortunately we did not have internet for 2 days and we didn't have cable for 5 days of our stay. The check in is at 4pm and check out is at 10am with no early check in allowed or late check out allowed. So you lose 5 hours and really an entire day of being able to enjoy the beach. When we asked for compensation or an extended stay for the 5 days without cable they gave us 149.00 but couldn't extend our stay at that room or any other room. Paying over 200.00 a night and only getting 149.00 back didn't feel like enough compensation to us seeing as one of the major amenities were unavailable. They said that we were given the max amount for a missing amenity allowed. So I guess if there is no pool or running water or a refrigerator you wouldn't get much of your money back seeing as those amenities to us were just as important. The condo itself is located in a wonderful place and my favorite spot on Madeira beach where it's almost like having a private beach as there isn't very many public people who come to that area for lack of public parking is my guess. So the private parking and semi private beach is wonderful. I would stay there again but would have them make sure ALL my amenities were available in that room or any room they have prior to me coming. They definitely should offer early check in and offer an extended stay if applicable. I may have dragged my feet and waited too long before asking for the extended stay so I don't blame that entirely on them and it was labor day weekend so I know they were busy. Not being able to get ahold of management despite several calls and messages left was frustrating also, but they sure were able to get ahold of us when we were running behind on checkout day. So the condo with all amenities gets a 4 star because of the really slow hot elevator but the room itself is nice. It could have been cleaner. Something was splashed all along the side of the refrigerator along the counter side and there is a broken tile in the kitchen. Other than than it was really nice. The management gets 2 stars and the beach and surrounding area gets a 5 star.

Great location in Madeira Beach, nice pool and hot tub area. The condo needs a refresh (it is dated); old comforter and pillow set, the lock on the door takes a dozen tries to work, and the door is clearly not secure (both locks could be pushed thru with a strong shoulder), the lock is also painful to operate. While not part of the condo, the elevator building is incredibly slow. We would stay in this building again, but likely in a different suite and on a lower level, so we can take the stairs.

We really enjoyed our stay,we have stayed at the sea Breeze many of times and this is one of our favorites.the only thing I would change is that digital lock,it took many of try’s to get it to work.

The condo needs to be updated. The floors were dirty and the place smelled very bad. My other family stayed in the other condos there and theirs were beautiful AND DIDNT SMELL.

Our stay at the Sea Breeze was absolutely wonderful. I would recommend this place to anyone. I booked a room facing the gulf and thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the balcony with my morning coffee. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub that was well taken care of and clean environment. Our room was clean and had everything you would want including beach equipment. We felt the bed was a little to soft but that is a preference. My one recommendation would be to install hand bars in the bathroom for anyone that might need them. We were in the area for a wedding and short vacation. It was a short walk to John's Pass which we did several times.Weather was perfect, wedding was great. I would definitely stay again.

We loved the condo and the view. We did have issues with the internet and tv service but we were so busy looking out over the ocean and beach that it really didn't matter. No matter which window you looked out you saw the ocean. One view was the beach the other was across the street and you could see lots of boats. Words can't even do the view justice. It was breathtaking. They thought of everything and even gave you some tide pods to do your laundry and dishwasher pods too. We had a wonderful time and we hope to come back next year.

What a gorgeous condo!! We stayed at quite a few places on St.Pete Beach and Treasure Island and this was our first time staying on Madeira Beach and we absolutely love love loved it!!! When we first walked into the condo and saw the view from the door from the couch from the shower from the anywhere you were in the condo you could see the Gulf of Mexico!! This Seabreeze checked everything off our list for a place we wanted to stay.. pool- check, jacuzzi-check, beach front-check, balcony-check, grills or cook on-check, and all the amenities in the condo, fridge, stove , microwave, coffee maker and all the extra supplies!!! We also saw dolphins everyday from our balcony!! This will be our new favorite place to stay!!

The location was amazing. We got in right around sunset and when we opened the door to the unit we were greeted with a breathtaking view of the ocean and beach. The unit was clean and had all of the basic necessities and then some. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was adequate. Our oldest daughter met us there and used the Murphy bed, which was surprisingly comfortable as well. We loved that we were within walking distance of many different attractions including John’s Pass. The Fourth of July celebration on the beach was spectacular. Much more than we expected. The pool area and hot tub were a nice relaxing spot at the end of a beach day. All in all we had a great experience, the condo was well equipped and nicely decorated. The elevator was slow and hot but was much better than taking the stairs. This is something that would not deter us from coming back. Absolutely loved the shopping carts that were available to help bring up groceries. I loved the binder that was in the unit that explained basic operations of most if not all of the electronics and appliances in the unit. PROS AND CONS REVIEW CONS-Scheduling Unit 705 at Sea Breeze was somewhat of a hassle. Management was in the midst of the transition between management companies, TeemingRV and VACASA. We received last minute change in entry code from Vacasa. Thankfully, we got it worked out within a couple of hours before our check in. One of the main issues we had with the information we received prior to our stay was the mandatory temperature setting. Initially we were informed we could not lower the temperature in the condo below 72 degrees. In the summer, we keep our temperature at 68-69 degrees in order to keep the humidity in the house lower due to breathing issues. We weren't made aware of this until AFTER booking the condo with a non-refundable clause. Then we received a notice from TeemingRV that we couldn't lower the temperature below 73 degrees and then at a later date, 74 degrees. I then also read a review from a guest that couldn't get the thermostat adjusted below 75 degrees. Needless to say, it was nerve wracking. Thankfully, the condo was quite pleasant at 72-74 degrees while we were there. I can't say the same for the heat of the summer since our visit was in May. Condo was dated, but okay. Bed was horrible. Lumpy, on a metal frame that screeched when getting on and off the bed since the metal legs rubbed the tile floor (no rug or buffers). No headboard so looked kind of cheap. Only 1 available outlet in the entire room. Condo had a pull down Murphy bed that my husband ended up sleeping on since he wrenched his back on the bed after the first night. Murphy bed too small for both of us so spent 5 nights sleeping apart. Couch and love seat extremely old, worn and uncomfortable. Some cookware worn out. Couldn't make a decent egg without mutilating it. Water took forever to boil in large pot. Ice maker worked on and off. Very small countertop in bathroom. Had cabinet over toilet to help store toiletries and we learned pretty quickly to put the lid down on the toilet since a couple items accidentally fell out of cabinet into the toilet. No cable for a couple of days. Had to have a rep come to the condo to fix it. Who also showed up un-announced which he said was okay. Codes for condo, pool and beach were constantly breaking and we were locked out of gate access a couple of times. Other guests having same issues. Not exactly sure why a code is needed to get OUT of pool area. I understand the need for a pool code, but public access to the beach was only about 50 feet from the condo pool gate. Regardless, had to keep notifying management about this. PROS-Great location! Beachfront! Great view from the balcony and some comfy tall adirondack chairs. Very close walk to the beach. Not many people on the beach. Limited number of rental lounge chairs available with umbrella. Absolutely worth the price since renter reset umbrella 2x a day. Decent pool with lots of lounge chairs. Good parking. Carts available to lug stuff up to condo. This unit very convenient to elevator and coin laundry. Luckily no issue with the one elevator since we were on the 7th floor. Items available in condo for use on beach, chairs, umbrella, etc. We didn't use condo beach towels since we brought our own and you need to pay to wash them before you leave. CONCLUSION: We will NOT be returning to this particular condo unit in the future unless they make some much needed changes. Obviously they are not paying attention to reviews since many of the things I mentioned have been mentioned by other guests before with no changes. We were hoping for the best. But not worth the price even with the gorgeous view. I'm sure there are other units in the same building that might have better accommodations. NOTE: Management companies aren't responsible for ANYTHING and recommend purchasing Travel Insurance. If you read the Travel Insurance, they carry many loopholes that make getting any coverage nearly impossible. ...
