I stayed here with a few friends and family members for a girls weekend. This was a great, clean place! We really loved the decor and details the owners put into this place. The games in the cabinet MADE our night!
Check in and check out process was super simple. Location was great as far as being near downtown attractions but far away enough to have some peace and quiet.
I would recommend this place and would definitely stay again.

House is very nice and roomy. Neighborhood is quiet and a good central location.
Down side was communication with the property manager and the owner. The first night, there was a loud tone coming from the alarm system every two to three minutes, it took more than an hour and a half until it shut off. Had difficulty contacting the property manager and was told that they were trying to get to the property owner. Second day, the tone was back. After an internet search, determined that the cause was the owner had failed to pay the bill for hte service. Determined that reading the message cause the tone to stop. Contacted the property manager again and told them the issue. They finally contacted the owner and arrange to have the security system bill paid.

The location is a perfectly centralized spot with easy access to tourist attractions, restaurants, grocery stores and anything else you could want. The property was very clean (smelled great) and well stocked with everything you would need (except food). The beds were comfortable for my family and the bonus of an adjustable bed made the stay so much more like home. We will be back for another stay!! Thanks for a great vacation!

This home was very comfortable and felt like home.
The decor was beautiful. It was also in a very good location and easy to get to all the tourist attractions.
The beds were super comfortable and we slept very well.
The master bedroom had 100% room darkening curtains which were great. I would suggest getting some for the other bedrooms. Thanks so much for sharing your home.

We had a great stay! This house is so clean and cozy. The decor is very updated and my kids thought the lamps and ceiling fans were so cool. There are travel size toiletries like shaving cream, deodorant, shampoo, and body wash if you forgot something. That was a nice touch for sure. The beds were very comfortable and there are plenty of blankets to keep you warm if needed. It's about a 25-30 minute drive to Mt Rushmore, Custer State Park but the drive is so scenic. It's close to Walmart and plenty of other restaurants/coffee shops. The only thing I wasn't about was check out. There were no instructions and I didn't hear back from the owner so we ended up doing all dishes, completing all laundry, emptying trash, etc. which is fairly standard for most places. We would definitely stay here again!

This property is well maintained and has everything we need. The location is conveniently located. Terri is great to communicate with and very accommodating to our needs. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rapid City area.

Nice place. Really appreciate the coffee and dish washing laundry supplies. Quiet neighborhood about 2 miles south of small downtown and 2 miles from a walmart. Would recommend

The house was wonderful. Very clean, safe feeling location (this is important to a single mom with her 2 kids), and location was great, not far from any where you wanted/needed to go. Checking in was a bit of a mess. There was some confusion on my arrival date so I did not have my checkin info and could not get in contact with the host because she was living her life which is ok. As soon as she realized what was going on she jumped on it and made things right. Not sure who was at fault rather it was her getting her day mixed up or Vrbo sent her the wrong info. Anyways with all the confusion she made she we still had a place to stay when we made it to town! I wi would stay again if needed! The overall stay was fantastic.

This house was exactly what we were looking for. There was plenty of room for all of us (5 people) and it was about 15-30 minutes away from the major attractions and 5-10 minutes away from the downtown area where we could find different places to eat. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We even agree that the beds were one of, if not the most, comfortable beds we’ve slept in at a Vrbo property.

The bedrooms were really nice sizes and the living space & kitchen were cozy & very well stocked (blankets & pillows galore!). Check out was very simple. Terri was a super communicative host. My daughter and I stayed here for 4 nights. It is in a great location for exploring in any direction, depending on what you like to do. One day we went to Badlands NP, another to Mt Rushmore, and trips to Wind Cave and Custer SP. The house is very clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need. The beds are comfortable and the lounge chair in the living room is great. We would definitely stay here again!

We so enjoyed staying here for our yearly reunion of three life-long friends. The listing accurately describes this clean, well-stocked property. The beds are great! The proximity to the Black Hills is a quick and easy commute. Gas, groceries, restaurants and Starbucks are all quite close. Check-in/check out was very easy. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

The overall feeling of the home was very relaxing, warming and comfortable. The inside of the house was better than what the ad pictures show. House was well stocked. The colors were warming and relaxing. Beds, couch and chairs were very comfortable. Lots of throw blankets and pillows. It was a great house, and we would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay. We visited South Dakota for my dad to check off his bucket list of seeing Mount Rushmore. The home is beautiful and clean. Had everything we needed. We saw a deer and a hawk in the neighborhood things we don’t typically see at home in the neighborhood. It was wonderfull. We highly recommend this home for a place to stay.

The property is extremely nice and clean and worked great for our family vacation. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed and then some. Owners are very nice and willing to talk and answer questions about the area. The location was nice and central to all of the places we wanted to visit. I would absolutely recommend this place and will stay here again myself if we come to this area!!

It was really a cute 3bdrm, 1 bth rental. The inside decoration was amazing. I liked the fact that they kept new items from previous quests in the pantry and frig in case you forgot something. Whoever decorated did an amazing job. The new roof and the outside was really nice. The location was close to down town too. The front door electronic lock is a little picky but works and when they get the garage door fixed it will be all good. I would definitely stay again.

Not only was the property as described, but it exceeded our expectations. The location is in close proximity to many of the places we had planned on visiting (Mt. Rushmore within 30 minutes, Custer State Park, museum/entertainment options for elementary-aged kids, etc.) as well as has many conveniences like a grocery store and restaurants within a few minutes. The house had plenty of room for our family of 5… we would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I, my son and his wife and their infant son stayed here. Perfect for us. Room to spread out and had everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood, peaceful setting. We attended larger family events while in town and it was nice to come back to the house and chill afterward. So much nicer than a hotel. House was clean and inviting, bedrooms were beautifully decorated and living area was great for relaxing. I would recommend this property. Thank you.
