This was our second time utilizing Vrbo for our family vacation and we remain satisfied with the accommodations!!

We enjoyed our stay with the family, very pleasant house,I for sure coming back.

The property "looks" good. But the king size bed is so cheap the center legs were collapsing within 10 minutes of laying down. The fridge filter needs to be changed, the coffee maker needs to be descaled. Thr toilet in the 1 bedroom runs constantly. They didn't even provide coffee or creamer or any thing to help start you off in the kitchen. There is only 1 dresser in the entire house with 3 bedrooms!!! We found 2 cockroaches in the house. The washer didn't work, the dial is way off. The dishwasher isn't screwed in and the door will just fall and hit you if you aren't careful. The patio furniture is absolutely filthy, along with the pool on our first day. The hot water runs out after 1 shower in the main bathroom. There was absolutely no thought or care about how someone would feel staying in this home for a week, this is clearly company run and not ran by the owner. There was no effort at all to make you comfortable, it was just a bare bones roof over your head. I've never been so disappointed by a vrbo in my life and for the hefty daily rate after fees, that is just completely unacceptable! Don't forget that the pool is NOT heated and freezing, so you will not be able to enjoy the pool at all at night. Oh, and when I cleaned up a dead roach with a baby wipe, it was black going over a 2 foot area of floor, so it might "look clean" but it's actually filthy.

The house was perfect for our needs. It was stocked well with supplies including lots of towels. The king bed was comfortable.

I loved looking at the pool at night. The minute I walked in everything was exactly as the photos reflected. The sheets were very soft, That's important to me because I have sensitive skin. The master bathroom was out of her magazine. My mother and I truly enjoyed this beautiful property. I would highly recommend this Property to friends or family.

Upon arrival we were immediately asked to rate the cleanliness - we gave a 5 as upon first glance everything looked great. Once we settled in, we realized that the house was not very clean - the outside cushions were left out during the storm and were FILTHY, wet and green. Tha patio area was very dirty. Inside - especially living room, apparently cleaners do not move furniture when they vacuum as there was cereal under the coffee table and dust etc., behind the floor lamp . We could only find 1 dishtowel for the kitchen, The clothes dryer takes FOREVER to dry. Also on day one when i said hello to the neighbro I was immediately attached about the tree in the was falling down and leaning in her yard and her fear of the fence coming down. So every time we left the house from that point on we snuck out for fear of seeing her again. One day after some heavy wind and rain - the fence did fall down. we contacted property manager, and they contacted owner who "sent" his fence guy over to repair. The house is lovely - the area was pefect. The weather so so.

The house was expertly appointed and had everything we could have asked for. The house was spotlessly clean and everything was in working order. The block is very quiet with a tranquil backyard against the nature preserve. The pool is fully screened-in and swimming at any time is amazing without any pesky bugs! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get away.
