Good and efficient air condition

What I booked was described as "sea view and on the beach" which was partially true, in the sense that the sea could only be seen if you went out on the balcony and looked to one side- but our apartament was far behind the beach. One of the bedrooms is quite small, so very dificult to walk in. The cupboards, although apparently new, have drawers and doors that do not close well and there are no hangers. The bathtub in the bathroom is very uncomfortable to use with a shower curtain that sticks to you. The kitchen window does not close completely and practically leaves the house somewhat open. Although apparently close to Mytilini, the road is quite winding and unfriendly. You have nothing to do in the small village so you have to go somewere else. Wifi doesn’t work at all.

We stayed at the front villa with two bedrooms and we loved it! It is new, modern and very clean. Communication with Konstantina was very easy and enjoyable. She is very friendly and helpfull. The sea is at 20m distance. You will need water shoes as it is very rocky. Breakfast was satisfactory. The place was very peaceful and relaxing. Not for those who are looking for action.

The houses are almost brand new, so quiet, so peaicifull, 20 meters to sea. staff is like family member. i do not like sand beachs, it make very dirty us, this type of beach is really for me by small rocks. The prices are very reasonable for families to full house. So i strogly suggest here everyone.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Nitelli's Houses. The hosts are amazing and extremely helpful. A couple of days the sea was rough and they recommended some other nice beaches not too far away that may be more fun for the kids. We'll definitely be returning!!
