Location, size, number of rooms, the golf cart, bicycles, the nearby village center offering pizza, beverages, etc. Plus the close proximity to the beach.

Great location , close to beach and pool was very nice .. beautiful house, plenty room for 7 adults and 3 teens and 3 toddlers and baby . Lots of extras , bicycles, golf cart and beach chairs , beach wagon and pack and play for baby . Beautiful neighborhood, teens loved riding bikes all over. Thanks we were very happy with everything.

This was a very family-friendly stay with great amenities. We enjoyed bike rides and the golf cart access to take things to the beach.

We enjoyed the close access to pool, beach, ice cream, and fun thanks to the golf cart. Cart had a flat tire at first and we couldn't get a hold of anyone to fix it so we did it on our own dime. House was nice with things for kids to play with indoors and out, and a well furnished kitchen. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Future guests should bring their own laundry detergent since all the sand required us to do multiple loads.

Everything was exactly perfect. This house was clean, well appointed, decorated beautifully and we could not have asked for ha better place. The owner has definitely thought of everything we needed and items we didn’t know we needed! The golf cart was so very helpful to take things to the pool and the beach, especially with one of us having a bum knee. We will return!!! Thanks for helping to make this such a special trip.

This was a great location for family to gather halfway from our homes! We loved all the extra touches this home had- we will book again in future when pool and playground are open. This home has everything you need and more. We appreciated the golf cart and bikes to get to beach and enjoyed the restaurant and shops the community offers.

Location, space, everything was great. The bedrooms and baths are spacious. The family enjoyed having the golf cart available to go to the shops, beach and dinner. Old 98 was also great. You never have to get in your car while there. Will definitely be back, this house is perfect.

Our house was a new listing and it was not even near the location that was listed and sent to us. Also I didn't have a code to get in. I was beginning to think I had got scammed. I called vacasa texted and spoke with agent. Explained that the house was not in the proper location. That we were having a hard time finding it. We searched over 3 hours looking for our house. We found our house on our own but still couldn't get in it because no one returned our call. It was 8:30 before I finally got back through and got a code. We were also pulled over by security and told that we were not able to have the boat on property. So at 8:30 at night we have to find a place to park our boat. This was not in the listing as well. The house was nice but so new it had a punch list taped throughout the house for things missing from the build. I washed clothes and tripped the breaker . This washer has a lock on it. I called vacasa again and explained what had happened and explained my clothes were locked in the washer. I was told someone would get in touch with me. Once again I never got a returned call. I was very nervous about flipping the breaker because this is electric and water that we were dealing with. The day we went home my husband had to flip the breaker several times so I could get the washer to unlock and get soaking wet, soured clothes out . I have rented with VRBO many times in the past and had wonderful experiences . This was an important trip because we were celebrating my daughter graduating nursing . I just hated we had to deal with this inconvenience being on the phone for so long and the stress that it caused.
