I booked this house/cabin for my family and extended family as a surprise for my wife’s birthday weekend after searching a number of properties up in the mountains. The beautiful pictures caught my eye and I can say that they don’t do it justice. It’s hard to overstate just how beautiful this property/house is. The hostess, Kelly, was as nice as can be and very helpful and responsive. The accommodations were perfect for our family and everyone particularly loved the back patio, fountain, and views. The neighborhood is so peaceful and we enjoyed relaxing under the pergola during the few showers we had throughout our stay. The owners really went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I’ve rented many nice places before that we’ve enjoyed, but they were mostly just places to stay. The owners here had complimentary snacks, chocolates (the kids loved this), espresso pods (the adults loved this), etc. I’ve never come across a host that was so generous and welcoming. It’s the little details like that that had everyone in our party talking about coming back here in the future. The WiFi worked perfectly for the couple of web meetings we had to accommodate. They had all of the items we needed to cook our meals. There was even a Bluetooth speaker available for us to play music while playing games with the family. They also had an Infinity game table in the loft that the kids loved. I could go on and on about the things we loved, but suffice it to say, we will be coming back.

Everything about this place is stunning. It’s spacious, clean, and has all you might need plus more. There are so many little thoughtful touches that make your stay comfortable. The views from every part of the house are incredibly beautiful. The backyard is huge, comfortable and well maintained. The AC works great which was important for our time staying there. The neighborhood is quiet and filled with birds and bunnies. The hosts are beyond helpful and always quick to respond. It’s honestly one of the best places I have ever stayed and none of us wanted to leave. I hope to bring my family here again soon.

This is such a beautiful property especially for a large group. The attention to details by the host was truly wonderful. This place has just about everything you would want for a great getaway. Loved sitting out by the firepit at night soaking in the beauty of the stars, the sounds of the fountain and beauties of nature. The location couldn’t have been better. The host was more than accommodating to our every need before and during our stay. We truly enjoyed every moment at this property!

My husband and I stayed for five days and enjoyed everything about the visit. We had our aging dog with us and didn’t want to leave her alone, so we didn’t venture out much, but we really enjoyed the property and the chance to be outside and enjoy the cool weather. The house was beautiful, clean and perfectly stocked with everything we could have needed, not to mention lots of extra touches that went above and beyond. There are both great views and a quiet, peaceful backyard. We had great communication with the owners and don’t have a single complaint. We would definitely go back.

We made a last minute spring break trip to Sedona and stayed for 3 nights. This house is perfectly situated in Sedona with views from every window. The house is completely stocked with everything including a digital game table that my 3 kids loved. Definitely recommend this house for anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Sedona in a beautiful house and surrounding area. Kelly is also a perfect host - very responsive and available for any questions.

We were beyond pleased with this house in Sedona. We are avid travelers and rent houses for vacations often. This house as very well appointed - everything you need and then some - clean, spacious, beautifully furnished/decorated, every amenity you may need (washer, dryer, fully stocked kitchen, Nespresso, gaming table, multiple huge TVs, etc.) and even treats. Comfortable beds and couches, dining and bar area. There is a smaller studio type apartment attached for additional guests or privacy. The property itself is gorgeous - the pictures do not do it justice. Outside there is a fire pit, plenty of comfortable seating, a warming stand, eating area, deck, and a phenomenal view of the chapel, red rocks and nature. The location was amazing, close enough to walk to the Chapel and take the hike to Chicken Point and Little Horse Trail, and central to many desirable hiking trails, but away from the traffic and crowds in downtown Sedona so there is peace and quiet. Many of the desirable Sedona hiking trails are just a short drive from this property, and found the location central enough to even venture to the Grand Canyon. The host Kelli was gracious and available for any questions or needs; Our stay was easy and carefree. Plenty of parking. Will stay here again and highly recommend!

My family of 8 adults had an amazing time in Sedona at this house. The views in every direction are breathtaking! The amenities were nicer than any house I’ve stayed in from how well stocked the kitchen was to nice towels and bedding. The many outside areas were our favorite places to hang complete with fountain, firepit, heater and much more. We love the location in between Sedona and oak creek so you could enjoy both areas. Kelly (the host) was quick to respond with any questions or concerns. I highly recommend!

This was by far one of the best stays in the past few years. Sedona is a magical place and this house allows you to explore Sedona from its very heart. The house has majestic views of the Chapel of the Holy Cross as well as the East Twin Butte (praying hands). You can get to many trails by walking from the house. It is a 5 star accommodation with all the extras that come included. Perfect patio for relaxing with the nature all around you. Kelly and the crew at Evolve were top notch professionals with immediate response to any question I had or with bits of information to help my stay. I highly recommend this stay for anyone. You will NOT be dissapointed.

We had a wonderful trip to Sedona. This house is all we could ask for and more! We were close to many trails and the scenery was gorgeous. The house itself is roomy and had everything we needed. The outside area was a great place to hang out when we were not hiking. Kelly and Steve were very helpful. Thank you for an unforgettable trip!

This property was spectacular in so many ways. The location was so close to the beautiful red rock mountains and convenient trails along with the view of the chapel which was within walking distance. The house was large and spectacular views from all parts of the house. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed including seasonings and condiments — also there were drinks available upon arrival with a request to replace and some snacks left for our pleasure. Beds were all very comfortable and bathrooms very nice. The outside seating area was also large and comfortable. Lots of quiet spots and the landscaping was stunning. We were more than happy with this property. It was spectacular! The owners also checked in with us to ensure everything was good with us. Our adult group of six thoroughly enjoyed this property!!

We loved the AMAZING views, multiple outdoor spaces and seating, the proximity to Bell Rock and hikes. The home is outfitted very well. We LOVED it!

I don’t know what was better our home or our host. The first night we had issues with the hot water and Kelly took care of it immediately. The home is a dream. The views are stunning. On our last night Kelly even picked up food for us. Truly can’t wait to come back again. We love you and thank you Kelly Paul & Michelle 🙏🙏🙏

Our family decided to get away to Sedona for Christmas and booked this amazing single family home since we had the four of us and other family in Arizona swinging by to visit. The house, amenities, hosts and premises were incredible. The home was immaculate and well stocked with all necessities and the views were breathtaking. Cannot say enough positive things about the location, the graciousness of the hosts and convenience to all the wonderful hiking trails, shopping, sightseeing and activities. Highly recommend this gem for anyone who wants to experience Sedona and stay at a resort-like home!!!

By far, the best house my family has ever stayed at. Perhaps the nicest house I have ever been in. The pictures do not do it justice. Beautiful location. It's a 3 minute walk to Cathedral Rock, but far enough away not to be bothered by the hiker traffic. Quiet neighborhood. Wonderful views in every direction. Brand new appliances, gorgeous decor, extremely clean. . . . Just a perfect stay in every possible way. The house is spacious and cozy at the same time. Can't say enough good things about it. The courtyard is private and comfortable and is the perfect place to sit and relax.

We enjoyed our girls' birthday weekend so much, and really found it hard to leave the house to go out and explore Sedona since the home was so inviting, spacious and beautiful! The outdoor patio is exquisite, and all the rooms are overflowing with space. I haven't stayed in a place with so many nice, hospitable touches - from flowers and a birthday balloon to greet us, snacks to enjoy, chocolates, and great amenities like bug spray and makeup remover wipes - the hosts go beyond the extra mile to make a stay memorable and pleasant! The views are gorgeous and there is everything you need to enjoy the house and Sedona! Definitely want to return to this home for a future visit, which I rarely say about a place I've rented - 5+ STARS!

This was a beautiful property. The home and the location were perfect. The owners thought of everything and were so nice to work with. Very kind people. My kids loved the loft area with the game table. My husband and I enjoyed the evenings out back by the fire pit. It was a great location to many different hikes and in walking distance to the chapel. We would definitely stay here again 😊
