My husband and I and our son and his wife rented for one week. We have rented other vacation rentals several times before and we were always very satisfied. First off, the location and neighborhood were lovely,...but the house was quite a disappointment, badly in need of repairs and updates. They say in their binder they have coffee, hot chocolate, and snacks,....No, none.There were not even any basics, not even salt and pepper. There is a Keurig but no pods. No toaster oven/air fryer, or mixer. The pots and pans look like they were rejected by a thrift store. old and stained. Only 2 little dishtowels in house. No extra blankets for beds. The light switches and fans do not work properly, some were missing remotes. Kitchen faucet is old and very hard to adjust. The master bedroom has a stain on the carpet, the closet door comes off the track and there are ants in the bathroom. The guest bath shower is so slow draining you have water above your ankles while showering. The swimming pool is full of leaves! Leaves floating and at the bottom of the pool, plus its in disrepair, with missing tiles and the concrete is breaking at the steps. To top it off right in the middle of our week stay the owner phoned us to ask us to be at the house the next day between 12 and 2 so an electrician could come by to do some work the owner needed. We wound up canceling some plans, we were there when he came and he told us he couldn't do it without the owner present

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was pretty well kept, had some nice design features, we enjoyed the pool and backyard, it was great for the kids.

The house was very clean and had everything we needed to make our Christmas holiday feel like being at home. The decoration was beautiful and very spacious home.

The management was immediately responsive! The property is safe and as advertised. Perfect for dog owners. However, when we arrived, the house was stuffy with a STRONG dog odor. The carpets should have been cleaned, perhaps the upholstery and bed spreads also. The house is older and has been well used. The outside lights only stay on for 5 minutes, so if you're coming in after dark, there are no lights to help with the keycode pad. You must have a flashlight. The kitchen garbage bags were too small for the can, only coming halfway up. If you aren't careful, the waste goes in-between the bag and the inside of the can, creating a mess. The washer/dryer are vertical--could be a problem for smaller folk, even with the provided step stool.

We loved the location and having our fur babies with us. The home does need a little TLC and a working T.V. remote. There will not be a third stay in this home.

We enjoyed this home while visiting the area with our elderly mother. The house was clean, had comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. Pool is older but has a nice fountain and we enjoyed the back patio. The recliners in the living room were very comfortable. We had trouble with some of the light switches and the outside light on the front porch did not work which made it very dark. The ice maker is very loud and the stovetop had an alarm that went off a couple of times. Cleaning crew was waiting in the driveway when we were trying to leave which was a little intimidating. We did enjoy our stay and would stay again if returning to the area.

This place is a 10 out of 10. The owners thought of just about everything. First of all, the house was spotless. Secondly, the kitchen was well stocked with just about anything you could think of that you might need for cooking. The pool was great! The board games and corn hole were a lot of fun. I can’t say anything negative. Thank you so much for making our week perfect!

We absolutely loved this house! It was perfect for the five of us. The pool was a hit!! Sidenote: the pool guy came while we were at the house one day...great guy! The house also has the cutest master bathroom I've ever seen. Loved the quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Nice, friendly neighbors! Would definitely stay here again.
