It was clean and quiet
The breakfast person didn't show up for work the next morning so we didn't get the free breakfast which was I chose the room because it offered free breakfast but other than that it was great

The breakfast was great and the selections were definitely on point. The Home Fries (potatoes) were some of the best that I've had in a long time. The staff, that was there, made sure that the items were available. The Beds were comfortable, clean and the room was neat. Thanks
The main issue that I experienced was the "LARGE GLASS SHIELD" in the bathroom that was suppose to be a water barrier for the shower. Also, there was no "HOLD / GRAB BAR" in the shower, which posed for a SAFETY RISK...!!! Although, it was pretty and decorative; it could've created a disaster for us. I have to assist my young adult daughter (who has special needs and disabilities) with bathing and the set up made it impossible to do so.

Location was ok. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The room had no cold water. The water from bot faucets were hot, very hot. Took a shower with just the cold water on and it was still hotter than comfortable. Also the floors were sort of soapy, sticky feeling. Could not walk on them without shoes.
