Price was outrageous for what you get! The 3" cockroach that was on my neck at 2am made it difficult to stay there. We did not get the rest we had hoped for the entire vacation. When we called several times to complain to Vacasa, which was the number given in our information binder, we got nowhere and were put off until the end of our trip. Each call we were passed onto someone else and told they would get in touch with the property manager and get back to us. No response....On the checkout day we called again at that point we were not happy that nobody got back to us to address this issue. The 10 digit code was a problem. If you went out on the deck you were locked out. Half the time the 10 digits did not work. We called and complained and got the key. Cushions on the deck were torn. Beach chair was torn. Coffee filter basket was ripped grounds were everywhere. Property needs a good clean up. The girl who cleaned the appartment was very nice and helpful. Heard nothing from the manager on the premises. We finally got a small compensated after a long and contentious negotiation. We'll never book through property managed by Booking.com or Vacasa.

house was decorated beautifully and we really enjoyed our stay for the most part, the kitchen was awesome, we found any utensil we needed and everything works well. We enjoyed having beach chairs and towels available too although we couldn't get in the garage at first..

there was a lot of black hair everywhere which I tried to clean up. The bed in the master bedroom is NOT very comfortable at all. It is sunken in the middle and very unsupportive and the plastic sheeting makes it a sweaty uncomfortable sleep. Better availability of codes for garage and beach gate please.
