The property was extremely clean and neat, facilities like showers and lounge were amazing and the staff were so helpful and kind when we needed assistance with check-in etc.

The dorm itself was quite hot when sleeping at night, it could do with a proper air conditioning unit.

Inexpensive and convenient. Clean and good shared spaces. Locker a good size.

Pillows are unusual to a westerner. Noise from toilets or something. Otherwise all great.

A QR code was used to easily access the lockers and elevators and there were staff always available which was very helpful and we felt safe. Adding to safety, the elevators and levels were separated for men and women. The lockers could fit our full and packed suitcases, and the capsules were also spacious, there was also a bench near lockers to sort out luggage without blocking the path. The shared areas were clean and the bathrooms and showers were well stocked, the women’s bathroom area was very safe and spacious and had plenty of sinks, mirrors, hairdryers and seats. The accommodation was close to convenience stores, restaurants and the train station.

A slight con was that the capsules were squeaky and both the pillow and mattress were hard. It was difficult to charge devices in the pod however there was plenty of space downstairs for charging. Capsule pods were not sound-proof so you could hear (and feel) the alarms of people sleeping adjacent to your pod go off. The provided pyjamas was just one size, it smelt and was not comfortable so we recommend you wear your own pyjamas.
