+ large and spacious + comfortable and cozy + bright and sunny (large windows) + cozy interior design with attention to detail (many pictures, decorative candles, flowers, small cushions, etc.) + 2 separate huge terraces with outdoor furniture and 1 balcony – all with a sea view and a beautiful flower garden + well-equipped kitchen (large countertop, big dining table with chairs, oven and stovetop, microwave, large fridge with freezer, plenty of dishes in different sizes and kitchen utensils, sandwich toaster, electric kettle, drip coffee maker and Italian moka pot) + 2 separate toilets (toiletries provided) + rooms with spacious wardrobes and shelves, each with its own TV + very clean (cleaning equipment, cleaning products, washing machine and folding drying rack) + safe and secure (safe deposit box, self-locking doors) + good Wi-Fi + private parking + very good location: close to both the town center and the sandy beach + quiet and peaceful + professional care: kind and caring hostess, easy communication, welcome treats (local sweets, dinner products, drinks) + daily visits from a lovely group of cats

- sometimes the solar-powered water heating system does not provide enough hot water, but an additional water heater can be turned on manually - beds are too soft and squeaky

Tutto positivo.
