Lovely room with ensuite. Beautiful and clean. The lady who runs it was fantastic. Lovely lady and great service. Close to food places and an ice cream truck.

Lively staff, great location to drive to Sunrise area of Mt. Rainier NP

The Packwood Hotel is an old, original hotel from 1912 that was brilliantly remodeled and is in fantastic shape. It clearly shows that the team knows what they are doing and how to keep it nice, lovely and enjoyable. We were initially a bit septical about the shared bathroom, but you actually will share it only with one other room, and during the 4 days/nights of our stay it was always absolutely clean! so no worries there! We also enjoyed just sitting on the porch and reading books. can highly recommend!

Clean & comfortable

No, TV, radio, coffee pot or mini fridge available in our stand alone suite. No outside chairs next to our unit. Yes, we could go into the main lodge, would have been nice to have some of those things considering how much the little "shack" cost overall.

This charming property has been lovingly restored. Our group of four friends enjoyed the quaintness of our accommodations. The staff was gracious and very helpful, answering our many questions about visiting nearby Mt Rainier NP. Located right in the center of Packwood, we were able to park our car and walk to the coffee shop, brewery, market and more.

We really liked every bit!

When I got to my room not all of the amenities were there that were listed on the site. There was no tv, no coffee pot and they didn’t want me to eat in my room either.
