Very charming interior in excellent condition, with extra blankets and pillows and sufficient towels for each guest.
The walk from train station was not pleasant - narrow and uneven sidewalks, construction, unpleasant odors. And the walk up 4 flights of stairs was intense, especially with luggage!

Location was close to train station, central market, Accademia, and the Duomo. Nice little kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. Beds were comfortable. Two bathrooms. Pretty quiet at night.
Nothing to share!
