馬桶塞，很恐怖！不是一間房，我們兩間房的馬桶都塞！保險箱不能用，設施舊，車位不足，明明話有健身室卻原來是沒有。雪櫃很嘈，晚上要拔掉電源才可安靜睡覺。電視選台不多，連一些應該有的台灣新聞台也沒有。這樣的價錢給出這樣的服務，以後都不會再來！

The outstanding customer service includes the front desk and the restaurant staff. The room is comfy .cleaning and great space . Great selection of the buffet breakfast . Overall .it is great value, and will return next time.

The location is VERY remote, surrounded by what appears to be mostly old industrial land. There is no life outside the perimeter and you'll need a good 15mins travelling via car or scooter to find it - so be prepared to regret not booking a hotel in the city. The hotel is geared towards the domestic market. Staff are obviously uncomfortable with English speaking guests, and the whole experience felt at times uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Better options exist.

SPA is wonderful. Snack time is also great. the staff took away the dirty dish very soon while breakfast time and try to arrange the set very quickly.

The facility of the bath room door. it obviously broken. But somehow it was not be fixed. hard to open the class door. No special shower gel /shampoo for children.
