The property is located very central to the centre of Ottobeuren good access for the restaurants and shops and the historical places therein. The apartment was very comfortable and clean with a lot of the things you need to be comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. As is the bathroom. Communication with Joachim the owner was excellent he helped us out with a number of things at the drop of a hat.

This is nothing against the property or the owners it’s more attitude of other guests. We have stayed in a number of apartments around Ottobeuren as we have a family member living there who is not well and we use the apartment for rest and relaxation and the owners go to great effort to tell occupants that there are others staying in the property so please keep the noise down to avoid inconvenience to others. However this is the second time we have rented from this group who rent the property out to contractors or workers who start the day very early and they don’t seem to hold dear to the request of the owner and thump about and have vehicles running outside the property for longer than needed . The owners do their bit but the attitude of others is beyond their control. Would not stop us using the facility again because the good far far out ways the workers.
