It was just like staying at a friend's house. The right amount of privacy, with a kind and available host, excellent breakfast and wonderful views. The villa is indeed cozy with charming decor and a welcoming place for a holiday.

Everything was great ! Halden is a fantastic host, the breakfast was really good and the swimming pool and roof terrace was amazing.

Everything was great!! Mr.Haldun & his wife were super nice and helpful and gave us the best recommendations to enjoy our stay in Yalikavak. The house is really beautiful with large pool and amazing view! Also the breakfast was full & delicious :) I definitely recommend. آقای هالدون همه چی عالی بود٫ مرسی!

Nothing to complain about

A great building with comfort, swimming pool and a great view. The owners were very nice and we enjoyed the stay.

The only thing is that we had a small room as the other ones were already booked, so we hope next time to get another one larger.

This is paradise. A beautiful Italian-style villa with a breathtaking view, a pool, a rooftop terrace, and amazing hosts. Our room was perfectly sized and thoroughly designed. The bed was more than comfortable, pillows put you to sleep as soon as your head touches them, the nice breeze carries on the sea and flowers surrounding this perfect place. Breakfast is served on a balcony overlooking the beautiful marina and mountains. Eggs of your choice, olives, cheese, sausage, fresh vegetables - one cannot leave hungry. Hosts deserve a special mention. They are caring, helping, and ready to provide any recommendation you need to have a perfect holiday at Yalıkavak and surrounding towns. Simply perfect.

I've spent around 2 weeks here with my partner and have no negative memories to point out about our stay. It is a great house with very helpful and friendly hosts. Their service level was excellent even for the high standards of the well known Turkish hospitality.

The hosts were very nice and helpful, we cancelled our plans outside and we spent a wonderful multicultural night at the terrasse of the villa with the hosts and the guests. The hosts are committed to give you the best recommandations to have the best experience in yalikavak. The house is perfectly located with an amazing view and everything is reachable with a walking distance. What a unique and authentic experience ! I definitely recommend .

The owner khaldun and his wife mina are wonderful , attending to every need and even more , the breakfast was excellent and made to order, the view was incredible we hope to visit soon again 😊

Nothing all was great

I would like to thank the couple for a fantastic stay. We enjoyed our days and I regret that we did not have more time. We will definitely be back to enjoy the hospitality and perfect atmosphere. I will miss the delicious breakfast with a wonderful view from the terrace. I'm looking forward to next time.

Lovely property, lovely hosts - very friendly. Great breakfast and you got something different everyday. Comfortable rooms with a spectacular view but even better from the roof terrace. Utterly charming
