The location is amazing, walking distance to anything you need, right in the old town but well insulated so there is no noise from the busy streets. We asked for other pillows as the ones we initially had were too firm and we got new ones very promptly which was very appreciated.
We stayed on the first floor and if there are other guests above, on the second floor, you can hear their every step as the floor is quite thin and squeaky, so if you're a light sleeper, you will be woken up.

Really great location right in the heart of the old town! The apartment is perfect for a couple or single. Hosts were incredible with welcoming us in & ensuring our stay in Chania was comfortable

Location.
Bed uncomfortable - a duvet with no cover is unhygenic, pillows were rock hard and bed was very soft. Bathroom is tiny - Room is small. This is not good value. There was no milk for coffee. Room itself is very small.
