Die Lage ist ziemlich sensationell, die ganze Anlage recht ansprechend.

Die Zimmer sind ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, durchgelegene Matratzen, etwas speckige Polster. Unangenehmer Geruch im Bad (das an sich ganz gut war). Heizung lief durch, ließ sich nicht ausschalten, dafür war das Bad ohne Heizung und eiskalt.

I booked a triple room and was given a twin, the staff were confused as to the booking. Thankfully lake Sevan and the food saved the day

Это просто рай на земле!!!!!!!! Самое яркое впечатление от поездки! Отель - мечта. Отдыхали с подружками. Обязательно вернусь сюда с мужем! Насколько здесь приятно ВСЁ! Территория отельчика - просто каждый уголок готовая фотозона! Очень инстраграмно! Ресторан - всё было просто восхитительно - севанский сиг, уха из сига просто космос! Вино домашнее очень вкусное, взяли даже с собой. Приветливые отзывчивые сотрудники и при отеле и в ресторане. Завтрак, кстати, включенный в стоимость проживания, тоже подают в этом же ресторане при отеле, и он выше всяких восхищенных отзывов - несколько видов варенья, домашнее масло и сыр, суперский омлет, чай, кофе, всё невозможно съесть! А вид из номера какой!! Севан как на ладони! Побережье Севана у отеля - отдельный восторг! А этот смех чаек навсегда останется в сердечке.

На завтраке попался бисквит с плесенью. Немного пахнет канализацией в ванной

Fantastic setting and food!

A quiet room with a view of the lake. Warm - I checked in on 13 December - grateful for that. (Though the bathroom could have done with a heater. ) It is probably very pleasant in summer. Breakfast is plentiful, even if the omelette comes swimming in oil. Plenty of bread, cheese, jams.

No-one at the reception. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere - 12km from Sevan town - and there are no paths to walk on, only the main road. Without a car, it is a dead end. Or you have to take a taxi - not that Seven town has much to offer on a wintry, snowy December day - dreary and dilapidated. There is no beside light - a common lack in Armenian accommodation. Dinner: soup and the main course arrived at the same time. I asked that the main course (grilled fish!) be brought when I'd finished the soup. It was the very same fish, heated and inedible - dry, tasteless, tough. For a restaurant on the lake - inexcusable. Pity there's no fresh fruit at breakfast.

We did not like anything, besides a couple that was friendly and with whom we spent a nice evening together.

They initially offered a 5% discount if we cancel our booking on booking.com which I refused, and i am glad I did. The room are not at all soundproof. We could hear anyone in the vicinity. The curtains let pretty much all the light in, which means you will ultimately wake up early. The breakfast was not tasty at all despite all the "perfect" breakfast reviews. The reception is always closed. Please note I believe most reviews are fake. This was definitely one of the worst experiences, and I am frequent traveller. The shower was also very bad (shifting between ice cold and boiling hot constantly). No one spoke English besides Artur which appeared on our last days. Potatoes were served barely cooked. Food altogether was disgusting. Also, they didn't clean our rooms for the first two nights, and on the third, the cleaners came in without even knocking. And they tried to cancel our booking on the third day, likely to avoid honest reviews, but I contacted booking.com and requested them to reinstate our booking so I can leave an honest review.
