For me, our room had a nice AC unit with remote control. I need that for good sleep. If I can’t sleep, not much else matters much. #2: location was close to many attractions esp. Trevi fountain #3 good communication, easy responsive with owner mgr using WhatsApp. #4 the room is clean and modern
No elevator

The location was amazing. Right around the corner from the Trevi fountain and great restaurants. The room was comfortable, and the air conditioning was great! The employees were more than helpful. They were very considerate and helped me in many ways.
I didn’t like that I was on the second floor, and there were no elevators. There is approximately 37 steps to get up to my room. Alex did help me with my luggage . But it was a lot of steps. They also do not have ice.
