We loved our hosts. We received all the information we needed before arrival and a very warm and welcoming homemade snack was ready for us upon arrival. They were always ready to help and provide information on anything we wanted. The properly is nicely located in Kamares, with a beautiful view on the beach and the mountain. The place was super clean and quiet. We felt like home.

Lovely welcome from our host who provided a homemade cake; lemonade and biscuits Apartment was huge and location was great just at the edge of town with easy access to car hire etc but also an easy walk to town - huge balcony with great views & super for morning breakfast in the sun or an evening glass of wine. Beach is 2 mins walk down a few steps

The appartment is very spacious and well furnished - you have the entire top floor with beautiful terrasse and view on the harbour - it feels like having a private house. We very much liked the style of the appartment and interiour which is beautiful cyclades style in white, turquoise and blue. Kitchen is very well equipped to prepare your own breakfast or greek salad or other food. Aircon in all rooms is well maintained and works perfectly. Place is spotlessly clean! Location in Kamares is also perfect - in our view this is by far the best beach of the island. The hosts are absolutely lovely. Penny and her mother gave us such a warm welcome that we felt at home immediatley and they gave us tips what to see on the island and best restaurant, bakery and café recommendations. Sifnos has a lot to offer and is a beautiful island especially for those who are looking for a calm place without the tourist crowds.

Even before we arrived ,our hostess Penny was available to help us schedule our ferry and was so accommodating in making our travel arrangements go smoothly. She kept us informed that our ferry was cancelled before we even knew. Upon arrival, Penny, had her mother greet us. She had prepared the most delicious Greek pie , cookies ,water ,juice and candies. She embraced us like family. We felt immediately home. Once Penny arrived ,she spent time telling us everything about the Island and made wonderful suggestions how to fully experience Sifnos. During our stay she was available and cleaned our room mid week and helped us with a rental car referral. We were so lucky to have booked such a lovely place and meet Penny and her mother Melianna. We will definitely return and stay at Captain's KMR HOME. thank you so mucb Penny
