The comfort in the rooms was maximal. We arrived and immediately could check in. From coffee machine to whisker the kitchen was equipped splendidly. As we had to prepare christmas dinner for 9 people, everything was provided for. The host Jürgen even gave us space to have our dinner as an extra!!! He was so helpful for any small or big challenge. The beds were equipped for the winter with an extra blanket. It was a perfect stay for a family with big children.

It is understandable that the room temperature is cold due to German energy policy. However, I wonder why it was not announced in advance that the accommodation is underground. In the basement, Wi-Fi and cell phones do not work well. It definitely needs improvement. Also, the cleanliness of the accommodation needs to be addressed. A colleague of mine was treated for bed bug bites.

Everything what u need is in the house. The owner was very helpful he bring us beer. It was very good.

Clean and usefull. Fornitures and the house was better then I expected

If you have a car its just 10 mins to Essen and 20 mina to Dusseldorf but there is no much restaurant or pub around
