The area was great. very quiet and very dog friendly. The living room is great for a big family. The sofas are very comfortable. The Swimming pool was fantastic And we enjoyed it very much. The bottle of perseco and chocolate was was a nice thought on arrival.
Be aware there are no buses going though the area. and taxi are busy at school times. Not enough toilet roll for 10 people. Very basic. Be aware you def have to think self catering. 1black1white1food bin bag not really enough for 10 people for 3days no kitchen roll not mop and bucket. They did give towels but not enough for everyone. Also bedding was not ironed which was disappointing and when we stipped the bed the quilt was stained.

Everything we could have needed was in the property. It was warm, comfortable and welcoming.
We booked a slot at the swimming pool but a large group from another property arrived at the same time and insisted they had booked it for a birthday party and weren't happy to share 🙃

It was a great place for our family group
A dressing table or something similar in some of the bedrooms and at least one long mirror in the property would have been appreciated .

It was warm and cosy. The group swimming pool was good.
The bathroom downstairs was inconvenient and the child’s safety gate at the top of the stairs was tricky to manoeuvre especially in the middle of the night. We had no kitchen supplies eg dish cloth, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, spare toilet roll. There wasn’t a brush and pan or broom. The property was moderately clean.
