An amazing location, close to just about everything, especially public transportation. Fantastic host and facilities. My apartment was super quiet.
The stairs. They are manageable as long as you are aware and plan for them, but after a day walking at the major tourist sites those climbs to the third floor or fourth level was a challenge.

No lift and the air conditioning came on sporadically mainly at night not in the heat of the day. It needs to be adjusted.

The only good thong about this place is its location which makes it easy to go around neighborhood.
The place does not have elevator so if your room is on second or third floor then it could be difficult to keep going up and down too many times in a day. Also, small bathing area makes it very challenging along with faulty showerhead.
