The cancellation of our booking for a 2 night stay and non response to my messages about my concern demanding for a refund (reservation and security deposit) is totally a disappointment.

My credit card could not be used to make required payments. still haven't recieved security deposit refund or the resident status refund.

WORST! DONT BOOK HERE!! Always check the REVIEWS before booking!! After booking the unit, ANOTHER addtl payment for unit deposit fee is needed before they give the Host's contact. What's App #, nah! will not respond to u!!

Azure Urban Residences is a nice place to stay, including its location and facilities. The unit was clean and will be nice for staying a short or a long term.

The unit's owner requested to make a deposit to his private account via 7-11 for an additional PHP 2500 after the main payment via Booking. For more than 1 month deposit has still not been back to us, and the customer service of the owner is not answering not via e-mail, not via WhatsApp. So, we are still waiting for the deposit back to us.
