The check-in and check-out process was smooth and clearly communicated. The location was excellent, with many attractions and beaches within walking distance. The complimentary buggy service was also a great bonus and made getting around so much more convenient. The accommodation was lovely and met our expectations, with all the essential facilities and amenities well provided. My family and I really enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful time. Highly recommended!

A few things could be improved. There were no scissors provided, and the amount of toilet paper supplied was insufficient for the duration of our stay. In the shared bathroom, the shower enclosure did not contain the water properly, as water leaked through the gaps in the door and left the rest of the bathroom floor soaked after each shower. The bathroom ventilation could also be better. In addition, the Wi-Fi stopped working from the second day of our stay, and unfortunately, I did not receive any response to my message about the issue.

We had a dream holiday at Hamilton Island, from the moment we arrived and were picked up at the airport and taken to our accommodation. We loved that you could be as busy as you like or sometimes just stop and sit on the beach. The whole Island is so well done with something for everyone, food was amazing, all the staff were super friendly and helpful. We felt really safe letting our 15 year old twins do their own thing at times, then they loved exploring the Island in our buggy with us. It was sad to leave but we know that we'll be back soon.

Complimentary transfer to and from airport started and concluded the holiday in style. Excellent location close to all amenities but also very quiet. Large comfortable rooms and fully equiped with all necessary items. The complimentary golf buggy was great.

Another outdoor sun lounger with cushions would be appreciated.

On the plus side , the location was excellent, close to the beach, the size of the apartment and terrace was spacious and comfortable for 4 people, the beds were firm and comfortabl

The apartment apparently had not been used for a number of weeks and as a result was musty and had not been aired. The terrace had not been cleaned and i had to sweep it up The terrace furniture was dirty with bird poo on the lounger cushions. The Hoover did not work Beach towels were threadbare and had holes in them. The BBQ was filthy and clearly was not fit to use without a thorough clean. The cutlery ,dishes, plates, glasses and pots were not sufficient in numbers for 4 people. The quality was also very poor. The oven did not work properly and we ruined a meal in it. The smoke/fire alarm needs attention to make it work ! The ironing board cover was threadbare and had holes in it. Due to its location at the end of the building the wind seems to gather loose rubbish , leaves and detritus at the front door.
