Lovely big living room and open plan kitchen. Fantastic views from the balcony
Air conditioning was only in the living room. My friend had insisted on a place with air con. She had to use the grotty looking fan of a night which was rather inefficient. The location was high up many many stairs which we were unaware of. This totally spoilt the holiday for us as we’re in our 60’s and in the temperatures of 28deg+ every day was a chore for us. There was no information in the apartment regarding the quickest way to walk down to the old town or nearby amenities such as bakery, supermarket, restaurants etc.The safety deposit boxes were not screwed down, so could just be lifted and taken away.

Amazing view ! Location is good as well, to the old town -20min walking, you can avoid loads of stairs just need to take correct turn to old town.
Big apartment, two rooms, two bathrooms, big open living room with a kitchen, and nice balcony ! Sunsets were amazing !

Spacious and clean 2 bed and 2 bath apartment with everything you need! It is in a very quiet area, 15-20 mins walk from the old town. The view from the apartment is insane!
Furniture are not very modern and you need to walk down about 10 mins to reach the closest grocery. Aside from that, everything else was perfect!

Amazing view and nice area
Pillows really need to be replaced. Under coffee table and sofa were really dirty so clearly hadn’t been cleaned for a long time.

The view from this appartament is stunning and the apartment itself is beautiful, big, cosy and comfortable. The administration is friendly and very professional.
This appartament is located quite far from the Old Town. The bathroom needs some sanitary and plumbing works.

The apartment is very nice and spacious, with a stunning view! Kitchen well equipped, two bathrooms was very good to us as a family with two teenagers. We had a great stay! Romano was very helpful with us in everything we needed. We had problems with internet connection (very slow and unstable) and he made a lot of efforts to find the solution. Thank you! We love Dubrovnik:))

Great view, good location (20 min. walk to Old Town, 15 min. walk to Bellevue Beach), 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious living room. Clean and modern apartment, well equipped kitchen, good phone contact with the manager.
There is no possibility to store your luggage in the apartment when you check out which is very inconvenient, especially in case of an evening flight. The manager gave us an address of a left luggage office in the Old town.

Comfortable appartement with a beautiful view in a good quiet area. Very friendly host.
I missed a bit the details in regards to cleanliness. Toilet sit should be fixed.

Apartment was big and comfortable for 2 couples.

Everything else, view was excellent, you can see the sunset and stars from the balcony. The apartment was clean, with easy commute to the old town. Wifi was strong and the whole place was genuinely very comfortable.
There isn't a hair dryer in the property and the rooms might be a bit warm at night as there is no air conditioning in the rooms. Location is on uphill so it wasn't easy for my mum to walk up from old town.
